A quick stop on a roadtrip. I don't get all the awful reviews. It wasn't bad, and the service was pretty good. Went in with Baby K, and they were super helpful and nice to her. They asked what she wanted- fries, of course, and "red sauce." They gave us Arby's sauce, but to Baby K, red sauce is ketchup, so then they got us a nice lidded condiment container, which is easier for her to use than packets or those tiny paper cups. Sweetie had some sliders, which I've tried and area good, especially the King's Hawaiian ones. Baby K had her curly fries, and liked them. I had some of those (I really like them.) Also tried a BBQ chicken slider, which, meh. Not bad, a chicken tender with sauce, but nothing special. And I had the brisket bacon big honking whatever they call it. A lot of fat and gristle on the brisket, but otherwise good. Lots of meat, not as messy as I'd feared, decent bun. I did picture my arteries clogging as I ate it. Clean, including the bathrooms. Good service. Okay food. Reasonable prices. Handy off the highway. We'll be back next time we're up this way. read more

This is one of the WORST restaurants and I would give it a zero if I could. Several times I have gotten the wrong order and they won't make it right. I contacted this restaurant and was given a lame excuse about having to bring the food back, blah, blah. Well, I am on my lunch hour and took the food to work and then found out it was the wrong thing. I called to complain and was told I had to bring the food back, well first, you are on your lunch so you eat it because you don't have anything else to eat, and second you can't go back because you are at work, so why can't they just make it right by taking the receipt in and giving you the right thing? Worst fast-food experience I've had in ages. The staff there doesn't seem to know how to do anything. They give the drive-through orders priority so anyone who's come into the restaurant has to wait until they drive through people are served. They managed to lose my food order and 20 minutes later had trouble refunding my money. And to add insult to injury no apology no try to make amends just blank stares from vacant eyes. TRUCKERS avoid this Arby's, sign said to walk thru drive thru stood at speaker for 5-10 minutes without a response so walked up to window to try to order. She took everyone else's order as I stood at the window for another 5-10 mins without any acknowledgement. Walked away without ordering food. Okay this happened a while back, but I just signed up for yelp and I'm reviewing every restaurant I can think of, and this one made my list. This Arby's is nothing but beyond disappointing and here is why: The minute I walked into the restaurant I was surprised how no one was there, but yet somehow when waiting for my food I waited as if they were on lunch rush. The cashier was some high school looking boy, real skinny and gaunt, who at one time had his hand down his pants while behind the counter. I tried to ignore this, knowing that he is only a child and ordered my food. After waiting 15 minutes, a manager looking woman, very old and stocky, handed me my tray of food. My meal was cold and appalling. By checking periodically out the side window if the drive thru was packed, I came to the conclusion that they were in fact just slow and unmotivated, not busy. When waiting for my order, I noticed that they were playing Christian music over the surround sound system. I am a follower of Judaism, therefore I was extremely uncomfortable. If you are of the opposite religion of Christianity and are offended by a restaurant berating you with a religion then DO NOT come to this Arby's. It's offensive to be assumed that you're Christian just because you live in Ohio. This Arby's is also very dirty. When sitting down to eat my cold meal, my forearm landed in sauce on the table from a previous customer. Also the amount of dust in the building would alone give you lung issues. I am only going to the Findlay Arby's, never Upper Sandusky's. I urge you to stay away. read more

We found our experience of stopping here a disaster! The beef was partially raw, the help rude and the tables and condiment bar filthy! Spills on the table were partly dried so hadn't been wiped in some time. Same for the bar! Will not stop here again, thank you! read more
