Our Jeep took a rock to the windshield going down the interstate today. Being a RV full timer it's sometimes difficult to find businesses you need quick. After a Goggle search we found Arc Auto Glass Company. They had great reviews so we came in. Janine helped us. She came right out to look at our damage. She gave us a quote and said they could get us in around 3:00. We drove around a bit and came back at 3:00. They took us right in. We travel with our dogs. There was a nice bench out front to sit and wait with them. Janine came out to say hi to our dogs and offered to get them water. Repairs took about half an hour and they did a great job. We had our windshield replaced here after a rock flew into it on the highway. They were affordable and friendly. The windshield looks great and we were given detailed instructions on how to take care of it when we got home to protect the seal as it dries. We are going back to replace a headlight next week. They quoted us an excellent price, much less than the dealership. Did I mention how friendly they were? So nice! read more

The so called owner had no idea what windows were in her inventory... the mechanic who replaced my window broke my clip in my inner window that supports the window in place and basically put a big paperclip to hold it. Accused me of doing it myself bc i had told her that i found out about the occurance 3 weeks later when i was replacing the thin replacement glass the obviously didnt fit in my window with the original window for my car. Was rude and not a people person at all. She acts like she inherited the buisness and leaves in her mechanics hands to run the place and she just signs the legal documents. When she was granting my mother the refund she did not give back the original reciept which a typical buisness would give back to the customer for their documents and calls to say the refund was given. The replacement was finished in less time than I was told, every employee I encountered was nice and knowledgeable and they did a great job.
