I made an appointment online for 2 pm for my husband's car that needed a full replacement. When I…read moredropped it off I was told that they would need 3 hours to replace the glass and that would take us right to closing time, so I should have my phone ready to be able to pick up the car before close. I agreed and went home to wait. I then received a call at 5:30 saying that the glass was finished, but the tech who does the recalibration went home for the day so the car would not be able to be finished and that they would get to it tomorrow. They asked if I wanted to leave it or come back and since I needed the car I went back to pick it up. When I asked what time I should bring it back, the man behind the desk said I could bring it in when they open, so I did just that. I arrived at opening and had to wait this time because I didn't have a ride. The man behind the desk told me that since it had rained last night that they may not be able to do the recalibration. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. First, they shouldn't schedule appointments if they're not able to finish them as promised. Next, he said nothing about the rain being a factor while it was raining the day before (while I was in the shop!). When I asked about this, he said I could wait, which I did- for 2 hours until the tech showed up. It took him 20 minutes to recalibrate the car and I was on my way. I'll never go to this location again. As I was waiting multiple customers had issues and complaints. It's not worth the headache!

John, the mobile tech, was friendly, courteous, and fast--done in under an hour--all in my own driveway, no less. Is it OEM quality? No. The aftermarket glass has some ungraceful curves compared to the original. But when I called the store (note: the direct number isn't listed properly here or on the website, but John gave it to me), they really impressed me. Hiram, my main point of contact, offered to swap it for OEM glass--I'd just pay the difference. He kept me updated throughout and went above and beyond. Ultimately, OEM was about 3x the price ($700 for VW glass vs. the $250 I paid for aftermarket), so I passed. Hiram cancelled the order graciously and mentioned they can always use the VW glass for another customer or return it to the dealer. In the end, I'm content with the value and very happy with the customer service.
