I made sure to be home at the time being that I was coming from work and I sat in my car for 2 hours waiting for them and they never showed. 12:30 they still didn't come they are calling me trying to confirm my address when that information was communicated the day prior. After so much delay making me late to other obligations I asked them to cancel as they had no regards to my time and no accountability. Things happen, delays happen but you have to communicate. They offered me a $25 discount which I thought was a slap in the face. I was about to spend $600. I told them to forget it, I was going to do business with them because I was referred to them but the experience was so bitter that I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. A lady calls me back asking me if I'm sure I want to cancel I said yes because they don't respect me nor my time. I informed her I will fix my window elsewhere. She refused to take accountability then tells me "f you b*tch". I hung up. I never rose my voice at her, I never cursed at her. It's pretty bold for them to call me to curse me out when they messed my whole day up due to their lack of professionalism.

I was stressed out already from moving and getting my old car ready to sell that I didn't want to spend additional time now taking my new car to the shop. Steven's Auto Glass was the answer. They are a mobile company and come to the car which was exactly the ease I needed. I called, got a quick quote from Lisette, really nice lady over the phone, and got an appointment the next day. They communicated well, came to my doorstep and did it right then and there and they make it look so easy. Took them less than an hour. Lisette gives really great customer service and I had to get my receipt amended to include information insurance needed, no problem. I think the price is really good too because the insurance allowance was higher than what they charged.
