AT&T internet service (to be polite) stinks. They sent…read moreletters to us to us saying we had to upgrade to fiber or they would cancel us. So, on two separate occasions, we waited around for them to come and upgrade us and both times they got here and said they couldn't do it. Why? Because they didn't have fiber available in our area. So we called AT&T and they explained that we were on a hold list and would not be terminated. This was several weeks ago. This morning, without warning, we are without service because they terminated us. When we called and found this out we said we'll have to find a different service. They said "you do what's best for you." We aren't even sure we can be reinstated. Nice. No internet.
