I'm always printing invitations for friends through bigger companies because it was easy and convenient. When I wanted to make thank you cards, my friend suggested using The Monk's Copy Shop. I found their website and their upload tool and sent an image I created with Canva for the cards. I was pretty vague, but they were able to figure out the best way to print as many copies that could fit on a page. They understood what I was asking for better than I could articulate. I didn't have to resize anything or check for a proof. Easy peasy. This location is so close to me, only complaint is parking. Probably best to park on High Street or Third. We have been using Monk's for about seven years now and they are always the least expensive copy place around, so much cheaper than FedEx/Kinkos and way nicer, friendlier, less rushed, and can-do spirited. I went to Monk's today by recommendation from a friend. I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED by the whole experience. If you're not sure, take a chance on this place!!! You will be glad you did. I'm a Graphic Designer, and went to get a 12x18 poster printed. They called me back within about an hour saying my print was done. The print turned out exactly how I wanted it. They cut it to size for me without extra charge. I walked out of the store paying $1! I have paid $4-5 for the same job at Office Max / Staples or FedEx Office.. don't waste your money or time, go to Monk's! I was worried about parking since it is downtown, but you needn't be. There are plenty of meters on Gay Street in front of their shop. 50 cents for 30 min at the meter will be more than enough time. They've made a loyal customer out of me. THANKS MONK'S. read more

I have worked with Monk's Copy Shop for several years now and have always been pleased with their service but today I must say that they have gone above and beyond in providing the best service I have seen in a long time. Joe, who worked in the office out in Westerville before it closed had always helped me with my projects. He now works at the Gay Street location and when I called to inquire about a project, he picked up the phone and without missing a beat remembered who I was and how to locate my account. I was able to place my order over the phone and the staff was able to adjust some spacing errors for me without me having to come to the shop. When my order was finished, they called and I was able to drive up to the store and someone came out to my car to deliver my order on a day when it was only 0 degrees outside!!! I don't know this sweet woman's name but she came outside with no coat and smiled politely as she handed me my order. What a wonderful company and they truly made my day! Thank you all so much.
