I could not have asked for quicker service and a more cordial technician. We discussed the problem in detail and after a bit of troubleshooting, the technician determined the problem immediately. It seem I had two defective GFI breakers that needed to be replaced which was done within an hour of arrival. The technician could not have been more professional and direct to the point. It is tough to be comfortable with looking for technical services when you are new to the area and do not have people you know to call upon for recommendations. They ended up sending two of their men to my house within the hour. They spent 2 hours at my house to add a sky light, cut 2 more boxes for outlets.
