I was in and out within 35 minutes with all new tires! Scott and Ray were knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They even went out of their way to find the best deal possible for me with a rebate that was available. They told me if I needed anything at all not to hesitate to come in. Get to desk, tell the guy what I'm there for ....he asks for my name , I give it to him and.... He tells be I'm banned from the shop "because I gave a bad review on Yelp" is what I was told. I sort of chuckled and said no problem. I felt bad for the guy behind the desk cause he looked really uncomfortable telling me. I find it a little suspicious that a majority of 5 star reviews for this place (which aren't too many) are from people with less than 10 reviews with most only with 1 or 2 reviews and were posted after my review (guess someone got their friends to help him out a little) I gave this guy a 3 star review and I said specifically why.... Instead of taking my observation and maybe doing something about it (if it's valid) and the next time I came in, if things changed I would of updated my review to reflect that...like I have done on other reviews. Instead the owner, after years of having nasty seats, was planning to get them changed out before my review (like he states)....sure..In his semi canned response to my review he says "thanks for bringing it to our attention" & "we appreciate the feedback" obviously that isn't true. Anyway I looks like they did change the seats, but based on him getting his panties in a bunch because I gave constructive criticism and 3 star review .... This definitely is a place I wouldn't recommend and am changing my rating if this place.... I have had much better experiences at other similar places locally, one being the Perfection Tire in CDA, which have great staff and much nicer waiting room. FYI.... The mouth breather (not so bright one) still works the desk (he wasn't the guy helping me, the guy helping me was a nice guy from what I experienced), so I guess the owner got one thing right, by at least changing some seats out. Learn to swallow some pride and learn to take constructive criticism better and realize I can just go other places, but alienating customers can have negative consequences....like a bad review that others can see before they decide to use your establishment. So the take away from this is if you don't give this guy's establishment a 5 star review, expect to be banned.

So they said they spilled oil all over my skid plate and didn't clean it off. So I thought all the oil leaks was coming from the skid plate. That they said they spilled. But when i keep cleaning it off my driveway and going to the pressure washer. I saw that this is new oil coming out. They took off my good oem drain bolt washer and put on some garbage worn-out plastic thing so it was just leaking. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My clean driveway. Now got big oil spots all over. This place just reminds me. Why I do my own oil changes.

Worst dealer ship I've ever dealt with. We bought a car for my wife at a pretty good price and they…read morehad a on-site mechanic to check everything out. We where informed that they had fully inspected it and the only thing wrong was the hose going to the power steering pump and it was just a little leaky, since they seemed to have a good reputation we took their word on in since the guy was licensed mechanic. Well it turns out the tires where bad, the entire power steering pump was bad, the starter wen't out and so did the electrical. When we called to talk to the guys about what they would do they told us off and said sorry as is and sucks to be you. So they lied to our faces and refused to work with us. Would not recommend to anyone.

I've never had a professional detail before, but Brian was patient with my questions and provided expert advice on the different detailing options he offered. Took wife's 2011 Tahoe in for Check engine light and Stabilitrack and Traction control lights on…read morethe dash. OBD reader at home indicated cylinder 1 misfire with rough engine idling and lower power. I figured I'd give them a shot since it's right down the street from my house. After $130 diagnostic charge, I was told the vehicle had a lifter problem with possibly damaged camshaft and needed significant engine repairs up to complete replacement with an estimated $8000+ cost for the job. Thank God I didn't have the money laying around and got a second opinion. I'm not even sure they did anything for the diagnostic charge of $130 because a second opinion at True North Automotive in post falls discovered a fouled plug. After several other regular maintenance fixes it saved me over $7000 to fix the wife's vehicle. Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Always get a second opinion.
