I was initially excited when Mr. Tire reopened, I got my snow tire wheels switched there this year…read more And while I was there, I talked to them about installing TPS monitors in my snow wheels. They ordered the devices and called me to schedule for last Monday morning at 9 AM. I thought great this is wonderful! I showed up at 9 AM on last Monday 2/13/25 morning and the place was closed. I work at home, I rearranged my schedule to be there, but I thought "hey, stuff happens. Maybe there was a death..." So I called and said "I'm here you're not I hope everything's OK. I hope there isn't a big emergency Please call me so we can reschedule." A couple of days later, I got a call to reschedule and reset the time for this Monday 2/20/25 at 9 AM. Again, I rearranged my work schedule and arrived today at 9 AM and Mr. Tire was closed. I didn't get a phone call either time. I didn't get any kind of consideration for my time so I called and left a very angry message and left. At 10 AM today, I got a voicemail message from Mr. Tire. When I called back I told them in no uncertain terms that I was done they offered "to get me right in" today. But I declined that offer because I'm still ticked off and done. The woman I was speaking with thought I had hung up, so I was able to listen to her playback my angry voicemail message and laugh with "Jerry"about the whole incident and make fun of me and my voicemail message. These people are not serious about their business. The reason that they gave me for today's "misunderstanding" was "we weren't sure if we were working because it was the MLK holiday". It's my understanding that telephones continue to be available regardless of national holidays. They could have called me but they didn't. Instead they played my voicemail message out loud in their waiting area and laughed at it. I won't be using their business ever again and perhaps you shouldn't either. (Also, the owner should know that the woman responsible for customer service also has a home school side hustle that she apparently runs from the same number as the tire business. While I was waiting in my tire switch over, I witnessed her ignoring Mr. Tire customers waiting right in front of her to spend over 6 minutes dealing with a side hustle customer. If anyone tried to call Mr. Tire during that lengthy telephone exchange, they were SOL)

Big ol hang belly dude was Mr. Personality. What a joke. The new owners are very nice people who are enthusiastic about serving their customers. Reasonably priced and excellent service. They thoroughly explained all the particulars about the service they performed. My car drives excellent and I am very pleased with how everything went.

We were looking at a Toyota Sequoia here. The salesman was responsive and helpful - sent pictures…read moreand video. He took it to the mechanic we asked him to so it could be looked over. Everything seemed great, although it's priced higher than it should be. We made the drive out here and it was pretty disappointing. The SUV was completely filthy - complete with bird poop. He knew we were coming and we made an appointment. Clearly he had no intent to make the vehicle look it's best for us and didn't value our business at all. There was no wiper on the back window. The tires didn't match which is a must on a 4x4 vehicle. The back left bumper was not aligned properly. The light above the back window with the washer fluid nozzle needed repair. I understand this was a used vehicle and wasn't expecting perfection by any means. I was expecting some care of the car (bare minimum wash the car and put on the missing wiper). This left us a very negative impression in general. If they're that sloppy about things, this isn't a dealership we wanted to purchase from. My last car buying experience was very different. I was picked up at the airport. Treated so well. Taken to breakfast. I was buying a used car that time too but the care for me and desire for my business was obvious from start to finish. We were never treated badly or anything. I hope this review is looked at by the dealership so that they make a greater effort in future. No car buyer wants to feel like the dealer is lazy and putting in bare minimum efforts on the vehicle or their customer service.
