I brought my car in and after having my car 3 hours they called me to let me know that they stripped 2 studs on my car. They let me know my car was unsafe to drive and said they could fix it..... for $500!! Or my other option was to pay for a tow truck! I was confused because I drove my car there perfectly fine and they wanted to charge half a grand for something they broke. I had to trailer the car home, pay them for breaking my car, and fix it myself. THIS SHOP WANTED TO CHARGE $500 WHEN I FIXED WHAT THEY BROKE FOR $35 IN PARTS AND 2 HOURS LABOR. Also the man at the desk ignored me when I would walk in and would continue talking to coworkers. Really unprofessional and poor service. If you are thinking of going here...don't. I went back again, and then they told me that the front wheels and rear wheels were pointing in different directions and that they needed more time to fix the issue.
