I have only done drop off here of items that we wanted to donate. The staff working the area was nice though. It was easy to drop off my items. They have a line on the north side of their building which is easy to access. The attendants have all been masked. You put the items into a large plastic bucket. And then they go put them in their big truck. No contact. Very well organized. Dont have a lot more to say about the business as i have never gone in. But am enjoying their donation area for sure! read more

Absolutely insane pricing since they did remodel. Even with 50% off days most items still cost too much that even the poor can't afford this place! Today is their 50% off day and it's usually a mad house but hardly anyone their and most walking out with nothing and complaining about pricing. Give to Goodwill or better yet leave on your lawn with a free sign! Also lots of facebook groups that will take free stuff. read more

This store is huge! It is also well maintained and organized, with spacious walkways and aisles. I was pleasantly surprised. Good deals and unique items, of course, are here... and that includes seasonal items. read more

If you want to maximize your minimal funds definitely shop at the Arc! They usually aren't over priced and the selection of stuff for re sale changes daily¡ I have literally spent HOURS searching the shelves and bins for hidden treasures plus if your nice you can ask the gentleman who stocks goods to look out for certain items like 55 gl trashcans with lids or hall runner rugs and he will come find you in the store so you can reach your goal purchase. All in all a lovely experiance. read more

This is a decent thrift store. It's right off the main road so it's easy to locate/access. The lighting is a bit harsh, and the store didn't really feel clean. It was laid out well and easy to wander though. The prices were pretty decent from what I saw. The "security" gentleman up front was welcoming and friendly. A fabric remnant had an unusual, handwritten tag stapled to it. When I took it and a pair of men's shoes to the register I was told the remnant didn't have ARC's price and couldn't be honored as marked. The cashier suggested that was probably the price the donor paid for the item. Instead, another female cashier said I could purchase the remnant but the price would be 3xs the marked price. When I complained, the cashier refused to sell the piece even with a 300% markup. I left the shoes and small remnant, and will not be doing business with this store again. I've never been treated so rudely by ARC staff. These women do not represent ARC stores well. read more

The prices here are INSANE. Whomever is in charge of pricing needs a serious reality & ethics check. So many people rely on these stores to survive. Charging $60 for winter coats (I haven't seen a good winter coat at this store for less than $30 in years) is completely unethical and astoundingly greedy. You seem to have forgotten, so I'll remind you: it gets cold here. Really cold. Struggling people NEED things like coats & jackets to SURVIVE. Your costs have not increased, you get EVERYTHING for FREE. Stop ripping everyone off. Just because other greedy companies have jacked up prices doesn't mean you get to do the same. Slowly going from my favorite thrift store to my least favorite. Prices are being cranked up to the cost of new items. They were asking more than the new price for several items and they had chips in them. I bought a kids mask for 2.99 that is actually less than 2$ new on Amazon. Wondering if management is seeing how far they can get away with pushing the price. read more

I went to this thrift store to donate some items. I saw young men taking a bunch of glass art frames and throwing them in the truck physically throwing them. There's no way that all of them could have survived that damage. Maybe it's junk to them. And they were literally about the fact that people think all of their junk is still treasure. It may not be treasure however we all take our time to come donate our items so that they don't end up in the landfill. Those items are going to end up in the landfill anyways, so it was a huge waste of time for this person to come bring in their items. I called and spoke with manager and they said they were going to speak with staff. However, staff that treats items like this one time is bound to repeat this. Especially if they are not paid and our volunteers. I don't recommend bringing your items here if you don't want them to end up in the landfill anyways. read more

I wish I could rate a bit higher, but the prices are really high. Other than that the store is fine and organized. The staff all seem kind. But seriously... the prices... it's really sad actually because their prices are nearly what you can buy things new for (jeans are prices around $16 for an average pair, Walmart sells wranglers for $20, shoes are sometimes priced as high as $20 for a less worn pair and you can also get new pairs at Walmart, Marshall, or TJ Max) which takes the incentive of buying second hand away for most people. Worth checking out, but Plato's closet across the street has better styles and usually better values. Also the Goodwill nearby isn't as terribly priced. read more

Super easy Covid drop Off: Drive up U shaped on East side f bldg. Masked attendants request items placed on a large hard plastic mat and they then accept them. No contact. One car only with next requested to wait two car lengths behind. Super quick and very well organized. Good cause donations. read more

This is the BEST Arc Thrift Store in the whole state, if not the nation. They have quality stuff I have been to stores (Denver) that smelled weird-not this one But the main reason this store is the best IS THE STAFF! The management team is very helpful and willing to go out of their way with a smile. The atmosphere is clean, relaxed, and positive. Looooovvveeee Arc Thrift Store!!! You can find great deals here on designer clothes that are in great condition. Be prepared to take your time and be patient while looking. Also, don't get discouraged if you don't find anything the first couple times. I find that couple trips in a row will be "knocks out of the park" and then I won't find anything for the next couple trips. Saturday's are half price EVERYTHING. While I have not been there on Saturday, the cashier tells me it's a zoo...so just understand there will be long lines and a big crowd. read more

Called to ask if they take box springs. They say "yes but hurry down we only take donations until 4pm. This is at 10:30am. So I load up and drive down only to find out they do not start taking donations until 12. Sit in the parking lot for an hour till they start taking donations only to be told they do not accept box springs. I tell them I called and was told I could bring them down. No apology nothing just too bad leave so someone else can get in here. If you want to deal with a company that has integrity this is not it find someone else to support they are dirtbags that don't care about the truth about there customers or even being decent humans. read more

Online their hours say that you can do donation drop off until 6pm, but when you get to th building there's a tiny sign that says they close at 4. When we asked if someone could please help us (it was only 4:15) they said "we close at four and there's no one back there that will help you" read more

The manager has been quite unpleasant on multiple occasions, would rather deal with goodwill & higher prices. Friend worked there for about a week and he told her mother that she was a bother for asking about payroll and why she wasn't allowed to clock in then proceeded to hang up on her mother :) read more

The gents who took my donations this afternoon could not have been more pleasant or thoughtful. They expedited the process efficiently & faaaaast! Those guys work their behinds off out there particularly because this was right before New Years & lots of folks were donating. DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS HERE. I recently purchased a blu-ray player here for $25. At checkout, I confirmed that I would be able to return it and get my money back if it didn't work as there was no way to test in the store whether or not it actually worked. It did not work. Two days later, I went in to return it and was informed that I would receive store credit rather than a refund. If I had known that this was their policy, I would not have made the purchase. Purchase electronics at your own risk and know that you will not get a refund even if they sold you something broken. read more

I was told by a clerk two separate times that they offer refunds within 10 days. I was shopping at closing and ran out of time to try on all clothes, so I purchased a few I hadn't tried on thinking I could return them if they didn't fit. What the clerk failed to mention was that they offer store-credit returns only. I would not have bought those clothes if this had been mentioned, and the word refund does NOT mean the same thing as store credit. I had to take a few back, and the manager was unwilling to honor what I was told. Now I have a bunch of credit I don't want to use because who wants to shop somewhere where you can't trust the clerks? As Ellen B said in her review, they are not being honest and upfront about their return policy, and trick people out of their money (how many less sales would they have if people understood the policy?). They are getting a bunch of high-quality clothes for free from the public, and do not offer refunds. Surely they have a higher profit margin than someplace like Old Navy. Also the senior discount isn't very helpful since they don't count orange tags. Last time I went with my mom, almost all the stuff we saw was orange tagged, but the orange tags are all different shades of orange (light, dark, peach) so that's also misleading & kinda shady. read more

Very organized/neat, easy to find sizes, and packed full of awesome finds! Great deals can be found here pretty much any day of the week and are displayed in the store so it's easy to know what is on sale. I truly love this store and I can never seem to leave empty handed. Wide variety of women's clothing, less men's stuff. They also carry linens, shoes, books (new!), furniture, dishes, nick nacks, Halloween costumes, ugly Christmas sweaters, you name it! I answered a phone call from ArcThrift some time back. They were in my area and would pick up my donations. Now I get 6 or more calls per day every day from them. I have asked several times to be removed from the call list, without success. No more donations from me! read more

Won't donate here again. Took a truck full of household decorations and glassware. Richard the donation attendant told us to take to the semi, he stood at the back and threw, literally threw each box to the front. You could hear the glass breaking. I asked him to stop, but he wouldn't. Why take your items here, if they are going to destroy them anyway! Never again and I'll tell everyone I know to take their stuff elsewhere. read more

This Arc is so wonderful and clean! The staff is so friendly and there are constantly good deals going on!

The new ARC digs are spacious, and the store is well organized (unlike Goodwill). The prices are good (and the half-price days are a welcome benefit). However, the folks stocking the shelves can be shockingly unfriendly. I've started shopping on Sunday mornings (no big stocker presence then), because I don't enjoy being treated like an invader. Today the bathroom floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned for weeks. read more

The new facility is very clean and organized compared to the previous facility near the mall. Its just like any thrift store where its going to be a little smelly and items are haphazardly in book cases or bins.
