Domestic violence from my next door neighbor. When I first moved in, I saw a girl driving around with a smashed windshield Aggressive German shepherd that was very scary and attacked my dogs in the dog park. I had to report multiple times until they evicted her. I know a guy from the dog park has put in numerous requests to fix his leaking door and fill in a hole by his door. They put a cone on the hole and to this day, have not fixed the door. Water comes in at the floor every time it rains. My roommate has had multiple packages walk off from the package room. The hallways have turned into permanent messes from the trash collection people leaking juices all over the floor . Also, be careful when you pull out onto the street so you don't get smoked by ppl flying on their way to work. There's a reason why there's a discount to live here.

So before I get into the meal aspect of this let's talk about the space itself. For those who need to know, there is a party room upstairs that can be used for a wide variety of occasions and there are also town hall neighborhood kinds of things held there as well. It's the size of the downstairs space and has its own full bar and an amazing overlook of the ocean. On a nice day this is something else. There didn't seem to be stairs to access and just the elevator which can be annoying based on the size of the groups using the space. There looked to be a coat check area here as well. Moving along. For the eats, I had to try their calamari while Pop wanted a dip and chips and Mom a salad. Mom and Pop both had a chicken wrap while I went with a Po' Boy sandwich. For dessert we all shared this awesome apple pie. Overall a fantastic dinner at a very lovely place and while this is connected to the general community its in, the regular patron is welcome to dine there but reservations are recommended since other things do happen there and fill the place up. Don't know who they have cooking in the back, but they obviously don't know how to cook empanadas. It's a shame, with such a nice location! We will definitely NOT be back. Based on this we weren't surprised that the restaurant was basically empty on a Saturday. Only 1 table had people on it!
