We have been trying to get the correct transmission for a Trooper for over a month now. He guaranteed the transmission he sold us was from a Trooper, it was from a Rodeo. $700 on 6/16/15. Now after about 50 phone calls and at least 10 trips to his business, I use the term loosely, on 7/24/15 my husband told Chris he wasn't leaving without the transmission. Chris got combative, said he wanted $200 more for some seals and to come back at 5:30 to FINALLY pick it up. My husband is not back yet but I won't be surprised if the "business" is closed OR if he actually does gets the transmission, I'll bet it doesn't work!!

Also another con: we came on 2 Saturdays in a row. Each time they told ius, If you order and wait .. the wait time could be 2 hours minimum. Best to place the order and come back 2-3 hr later.
