To this day the access road gate still sags and is difficult to open and close. A few years ago they came and built some VERY expensive simple walkway gates and an access road gate. The first thing I said is I need them to be pool code because we were saving to build a pool. The walkway gates were in the area of $900. Time after time the walkway gate would not close on its own and, in my opinion was poorly built. I do appreciate them coming to try and fix them but ultimately could not. I've had to cut some pieces to get the lock to have enough space it would close. I would not recommend them as they could solve a simple gate not closing.

While most of the workers did great work and were professional, there was one individual who ruined the project and made her feel incredible uncomfortable. Their supposed lead showed up multiple times seemingly intoxicated and was extremely aggressive with the working staff. The unprofessionalism with profanity, aggressive behavior, smoking on the job site and leaving the cigarette buds needs to evaluated from within.
