Very professional, perfect job! Love the new tint on my rear window! Great communication and easy!

Arce Auto Restyling was just the type of business I was looking to support. A local family business, competitive pricing and quality work. I called to get a quote to get all of my windows tinted and within an hour I was able to drop off my car to get the job done. I had shopped around a little before calling them and most places had a week or longer wait time for service. I dropped my car off for about 2 hours and once I returned, my car looked great and they even wiped my car down for me and I was ready for the road. It's been a few weeks since the job and my window tint looks amazing. I'm considering going back to get some vinyl work done to my roof. A few months ago I had my car vandalized, some one broke my driver side window, and I needed to get my window re tinted. U have a specific type of tint, I had called a different tint shop asking if they carried Global tint, they said no but they gave me the Erick's phone number (the shop's owner) I called Erick and right off the bat this guy was koo. ARCE Auto Restyling does carry Global tint. He set me up with an appointment and when I got there his brother was there and assisted me, giving great customer service and demonstrating to me the different types tints. Not only did I got my window re tinted but I also got my whole windshield tinted and had a dark stripe of tint on the top of the windshield to block the sun and heat. I know I could of gone to the original place that tinted my car the first time, BUT THAT PLACE SUCKED! Do not go to "Southside Tinting and Tunes" they will rip u off there and do a very poor job. When u go back to tell them that they did a poor job they will tell you "maybe u should of gone somewhere else" so i took their advice and did just that. Customer service here was great, the work they did was amazing, and I will truly be back to do more work. They tint windows, they wrap cars, they add invisible bras to cars and if theres something that you want to do and they dont do they do know some one who does it and they will guide u to the right path. I messaged the business via Yelp for window tints and got a response within an hour. After confirming pricing and types of tint, I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday. Although a tad bit late, the person who helped me ended up being very thorough and not too pushy when helping me decide between standard and ceramic tints. After about 3 hours, I checked out my car and was very impressed. I was told that the bubbles would eventually go away within a few days, but if they didn't, I could bring it back to have them replaced. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of these tints. One day in advance I made an appointment at 8 am and specifically told the owner I had to be at work at 830. I and my ride arrived at the place on time and the owner was a no-show and didn't answer his phone. When I did reach him he said he " had another job" and couldn't get to me today. What an asshole and crappy way to treat customers. read more

Excellent job on the window tinting. They offer window tinting and clear paint protection. My review is based on window tint only. I Was able to be scheduled on the same day and completed the work on time. Window film quality used appears to be of high quality. I am putting up this review a week after to see if I had any issues post install. No bubbles formed and did not see any imperfections in the installation or imperfections in the materials. Erick did an amazing job on my Tesla Model 3! I had it tinted all around and had paint protection film installed on the front. The tint is flawless, especially with the large rear window on the Model 3. I've heard most shops mess up or even refuse to tint a Model 3 because of the large rear window, but Erick was happy to do it. I now also have peace of mind with the clear bra on the front to protect it from rock chips and scratches. Would highly recommend for Teslas or any other car! read more

I took my BMW z4 to Erick for a tint job and what impressed me the most was how seamless my tint looked on my car. This guy actually cares and responds quickly and picks up the phone call. Gave me a great deal. I've been trying to contact a specific guy because his mobile but doesn't ever respond or answer. I get that he's busy but all business is business. ARC E was very easy to do business with. No beating around the bush. I told him what I want he gave me a quote, I asked him if he could work with my schedule and he did with no problem. I've been looking for someone to take my vehicle for quite some time now and it seems like everybody is having a hard time with a simple appointment. Please if you have any tinting needs you will not be Disapointed with these guys. I wish I contacted them in the first place. I will no doubt bring all my business here.
