A friend highly recommended Ms. Srivastava so I reached out immediately and left a voicemail. No one called back, so after 3 days I emailed through the website. They responded immediately. But when I wrote back, called twice, and then emailed again- it took 5 days (including a weekend) for a response. I finally spoke with the lawyer on 4/1/25, but she told me she was going out of town for a bit and to reach out afterwards. When I reached out a few weeks later (4/18/25) inquiring about hiring SrivasLaw, no one responded as of 5/4/25. I understand being busy, but at least a quick note saying they don't have the capacity to take on new cases would be helpful. I feel like I wasted my time calling multiple times, emailing multiple times, and talking to Ms. Srivastava for her firm to ghost me in the end. read more

Archana makes a very unpleasant process much more pleasant. Right at the beginning, I felt she was far more empathetic than other attorneys I had spoken to, especially towards typical Desi family dynamics. She guided me through the steps of helping myself deal with a problem out of court and without a lawyer. She is obviously very ethical and kind. She guided me every step, keeping me informed on what to expect realistically. When she took my case, I was depressed by the request for documents for 10 years and the failure by other party to accept all that I gave. Not responsive! Took days to return my calls and messages. Archana Called to say she only has 2 minutes to talk as she has another client coming and then wanted to brief her in those 2 minutes. Asked me which county my case is, when specified said she doesn't take cases in that court or county and when I inquired what other court she goes to she said oh yeah that's where I take the cases (which was the court I mentioned earlier). When I told her details she didn't listen properly as was distracted by her appointment coming. I didn't understand why she would call me when she had a client coming in next two minutes. And when I said you can call me back she responded with no I can push my time a little and let's book an appointment to which I replied I will get back to you. I don't think so I will as I certainly don't want to give my case to someone who doesn't know there court, counties and act so busy when they call you to get details. read more
