After many years of procrastinating, I finally took care of my will/trust. Summerall made the whole process super easy. Norell was my planner and she was very helpful, very organized and very timely. Everything was done online, except the final signature/fingerprint part of course. But the meetings were through online video conference (this was during the covid restrictions) - everything else was email or scheduling through their online scheduling system etc. I love the ability to do as much as possible online. The final signing/fingerprinting was also basically drive by and do from car (again, covid restrictions but they were super accommodating) . I highly recommend them. read more

Kelly helped us update our 20 year old Living Trust. We needed to update our trust and called Summerall on a personal referral from a friend. Kelly was assigned to our project. He was fantastic to work with. Very patient in walking us through all the legalese. After a deep dive into the old trust, Kelly recommended we do an amendment rather than a complete redo. This saved us gobs of money and made the process go much faster. Besides an initial face to face and final signature meeting in person, all other interactions were online or via phone. Within a month the whole thing was done. Most helpful is an action item list Kelly included in the folder. We now have a task list for everything we need to do, to implement the trust properly.
