And so she sends another woman in to hand me an appointment card to see me 3months later! Not to mention! She claimed she was going to do blood work same day. Very unprofessional to lie to a patient! But she's a nurse so my lesson learned i will only go to MD's! All I can think of the reason she was quick to dismiss me was bc she was training and I kindly refused to have a group of students come in the room. I came in a few months ago with a swollen and hurting wrist, they took a while to bring us back so…read moreI was sitting in the waiting from with a throbbing wrist, so when we get back there their messing with it and I'm saying it hurts when their pressing on it but they don't stop. so I go back for X-rays and that's taking a while to. but when I'm done they say I have a sprained wrist, nothing bad to they wrap it SUPER tight and send us on our way. I put on my brace that I already have from a previous injury on the same wrist. weeks later I have horrible bruising and the pain is still there so I go to a hospital in Manhattan and they take some X-rays and turns out I have a broken growth plate and a chip out of one of my bones. i don't know how they missed that but they took many X-rays and still said it was sprained. very upsetting.

I move often (military) and have been to several different chiropractic clinics, including those on post and available for service members. Hands down, the people here are the kindest, caring individuals I have been treated by. I genuinely feel that they care about my well being as well as that of my family who they have also treated. From the first day to several months later I have been impressed, and that includes the other staff, technicians, schedulers, etc. They are great with young children! It is a family friendly environment. First shout out; Dr. Moore. I workout hard, and struggle with a slight curvature of my middle back due to previous injury which also manifests as pain during my normal work duties. The care she gave, as well as the staff providing the muscle stimulation was outstanding. Such a good doctor, actually took the time to get to know me, like being treated by a family friend. Better than any other care I have received anywhere else. Pain relief, mobility and function to keep me going, I can't express enough. Dr. Baxter; I don't want to "grandstand". Burnout and chronic fatigue is often a fact of life for service members. But I also have family members and close friends working on-call and strenuous hours in the corporate world who face similar circumstances as well. Years of pushing past normal hours that so many in the work force face. Struggling for years with poor sleep, and loading up on caffeine and supplements wasn't going to cut it anymore. It had become the norm, and I was simply burnt out and considering a career change from a job that I had devoted myself to. By chance I heard about "Clear Mind" which is a form of Neuro-Feedback offered at the clinic. A friend of mine had recommended it as they were being treated and showing positive results. I was skeptical, but after only a few treatments I was sleeping soundly again like I hadn't in years! I continued treatment, and my sleep is finally back to normal. I'm having no trouble sleeping soundly throughout the night. Full 8 hours. It still amazes me how something so affordable and non-invasive helped me. Couple this from the care I received from a physician empathetic to my condition and genuinely cared about my treatment, not just another number to be ticked off. Truly a great experience. Finally, Dr. Gascon; The whole reason I started going to Nichols Chiropractic is that she was treating my family for months. They had such a positive experience, that they recommended I try the place out. So glad that I did, truly a positive experience. I hope I can find a place like this the next time we move.

I have severe dental anxiety, but they were calming and explained the problem and procedure to me in a way that made it easy to understand. I ended up getting a root canal and my tooth feels great! They call me to tell me they have to cancel his appointment because they had some type of back to school event. But that's weird that school didn't start back up for another couple of months. So ok I went with it. They gave us a November appointment. November came up they once again call me a day before his scheduled appointment and canceled again. They told me they will call me when they get the new hygienist. It's Now Jan 2 2023 And They Never rescheduled or called back. This is how military families get treated! Out here! This dental clinic is very much patient centered. Dr B corrected an issue I was literally suffering with from a Dr at Salina. TY to Dr B and all staff. I would highly recommend this clinic. So I made my follow up appointment for a crown there. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and new the Manhattan Konza clinic is. Everything looks new and modern. I was see by Dr B there and he completed my crown and made me a follow up appointment to have an exam. He is very nice at teaching about the importance of dental care and had some good tips for me, such as wearing a night guard and using a prescription strength toothpaste. I was able to pick that up on the way out in their pharmacy, which makes things easy! Thanks again to Konza for helping me find affordable and quality dental they are truly a hidden gem in this community

He symptoms persisted for another week and he was turned away before closing time 'because the dr had already left for the day,' yet said dr was visible in the back from the front desk. He was later dx with whooping cough at a different healthcare provider. Also, took them 7 months to bill me for the co-pay they forgot to collect at the time of his visit. Do yourself a favor and get seen elsewhere at a quality provider.

Whenever i have to get…read moretested, i guzzle water like crazy, so I arrived having to pee pretty badly -- i looked at the waiting room and knew i wasn't gonna make it I left twice to relieve myself. My total wait time was an hour, but Fridays are harder for them because they have to do the same workload with less time. The young lady i interacted with was friendly & personable. I went back, removed my coat & emptied my pockets. Had to pat myself down to make sure i wasn't sneaking anything to tamper with the test. You can close the door or leave it open -- up to you! Overall, it was a smooth & easy process. Try to go M-Th for the best wait times!

Then suddenly my name disappears, when I tried to check in again, I had to make an appointment and waited more than 20 minutes. it sucks to wait when you fast and didn't eat and waited long time! When I booked I even spelled my name!!!! And their system got it incorrectly!!! I was so upset!
