I had to take a pre-employment drug test, so my employer sent me here. Whenever i have to get tested, i guzzle water like crazy, so I arrived having to pee pretty badly -- i looked at the waiting room and knew i wasn't gonna make it I left twice to relieve myself. My total wait time was an hour, but Fridays are harder for them because they have to do the same workload with less time. The young lady i interacted with was friendly & personable. I went back, removed my coat & emptied my pockets. Had to pat myself down to make sure i wasn't sneaking anything to tamper with the test. You can close the door or leave it open -- up to you! Have been to this place dozens of times over the past 13 years for a random DOT drug test. Today however was one of the worst experiences I have had here. The technician who was taking the sample was very rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was horrible. read more

Had a terrible time at Quest Diagnostics. After searching for a different location I came across Konza Lab Connections! The gal here was very friendly on the phone and even more so in person. I appreciate her kindness and her patience. She has a nice, cool, and calm demeanor! I can't say enough about how nice she was. I made it in and out of there in less than ten minutes. She is efficient at her job and I am glad that I came in! read more
