But I would never recommend this shop to anyone. No listerine to ensure proper sanitation, needles and jewelry weren't taken out of package in front of me so I can't say if those were clean or not. The one thing that I did have problems with was scheduling, though. I made my appointment a month-and-a-half in advance because I knew it would be hard to get two people in for the same time, with the same artist, AND on a Friday night. When it came time to pay the deposit for my friend's appointment, one week before we were supposed to be scheduled, they said that appointment time was no longer available. Luckily we were able to figure something out but it was a bit of a hassle. Nonetheless, it was a great experience and I WILL be going back again.

With my belly button, the guy was really calm but told me NOT to wash it or use any professional cleaner. Within 2 days, it was infected to the point where I was crying because of pain. I went to the ROCK ISLAND location and was helped by someone else because of this. I was told that the guy who did it was gone, so I decided to give them another chance. My cartilage piercing was done by a different guy and it was the easiest piercing I've ever gotten. Calm environment. Good price. Great piercing.
