They said someone would call me within 2 days to make an appointment. No-one called I waited seven days and called them. My appointment was made. I get to the appointment, after driving from Valdosta,and was told they wouldn't see me because I was supposed to arrive 30 minutes early . I have a text message and an email. Both said arrive 15 minutes early. She asked me if I had my paperwork filled out. I don't know what she was talking about. Don't go here.

I have been going to this medical facility for several years and although I only saw a Dr Jones…read moreonce most of the time I see his nurse. Right now I'm seeing Kristen who's very nice but her assistant has been very very nasty to me. She acts like I work for her and it's happened more than once. She tends to think that she can lecture patients and she's very short. Disrespectful and argumentative. I find she's very unprofessional and I'm very disappointed in her. I'm fine with Kristen I would see her anytime but I cannot tolerate the rudeness with which I was treated not only this time but several times by her assistant. Someone needs to talk to her this woman has an attitude. I left there so upset and we are patients in pain and the last thing we need is some rude assistant lecturing patients. I don't even know if she is a nurse but it doesn't matter being nasty to patients is not in her job description or maybe it is. I would recommend seeing Chris and but I would not recommend her assistant who only takes my blood pressure. He's absolutely no people skills and is just a nasty person. I hope someone reads this and she changes her attitude . And since I only see Kristen and never see doctor Roland Jones I would expect better treatment. He is very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and patient with allowing us to ask questions and have them addressed! Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. I would recommend this office highly!

I wound up calling them and spoke to Teresa who was extremely kind and set me up easily with an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I saw Dr. Estupinan. He was a real professional and he made me feel at ease. I think this visit was fruitful. If in need of a neurologist, I definitely think you should try here first. I had tried another clinic based on another recommendation and they didn't take new patients. Tallahassee Neurological Clinic was my first recommendation, too, and silly me - I simply forgot about it until the other place said no to seeing me. Oh well.

My suggestion, maybe we should all listen to Dr. Martinez and everybody should find a new Neurologist in the area because they're there and they won't treat you like a number just collecting your insurance money there is other Neurologist out there who care about their patients I cannot warn you enough to not go here

Follow-up results for MRI were poorly relayed by nursing staff. No call back or follow up regarding questions or concerns. You cannot speak with PA or Dr., you can only relay message through staff. When suffering through issues from a brain tumor and concerned and to not be given a professional medical follow up is a disgrace.

He prescribed anti-depressants after I specifically told him I was sensitive to this type of medication. I followed his instructions anyway and took the medication thinking he knew best, and I experienced suicidal thoughts and severe depression. I called his office only to be told I by his office that I couldn't see him for a month. Doctors should not be allowed to treat people this way! Don't prescribe me something so dangerous then push me off on the rudest nurse practitioner I've ever dealt with when I finally got an appointment. I already have so many issues to deal with daily, and this particular office just made things worse.

About 2 months ago I had a telephone appointment with Dr. Marla Morgan after several intensive…read morediagnostic procedures. She diagnosed me with "Mild" Cognitive Disorder and prescribed Aricept. While the medication helped me, it's side effects were too sever to keep taking it so 1.5 weeks after I started, and at the advice of my mental health practitioner, I stopped taking it. I called and left a detailed msg with her nurse asking for an alternative med. NO RESPONSE. 1.5wks later did the same thing. Again, no response. 1.5 weeks later sent an email in the patient portal. No response from the Dr. A week after that I left a voice mail for the practice manager and still no response. It does not seem to me that Dr. Morgan or her staff have the best [ or ANY] interest of their patients.

With my sons records in his hands he tells US (me and my other half) that "my son probably doesnt have seizures, its just his autism." My son was diagnosed with epilepsy when he was 3 at nationwide childrens in columbus ohio. He even had a 3 hour status seizure, ambulance ride to Cincinnati childrens about 2 years ago. The idiot didnt even bother to read his medical records. If that isnt bad enough, his nurse STEPHANIE has a horribly bad attitude. That dr wanted to put my son on a new medicine on top of the one already perfectly controlling his seizures. When we asked stephanie what the side effects were she told us to "GOOGLE IT." When i was on the phone with her, she wouldnt allow me to get in a word edgewise for 5 minutes straight so i had to tell her to shut up and allow me to speak. After that she kept interrupting me not allowing me to air my issues so i had to tell her to "stop interrupting." At the end of the call she said to us "ok im done interrupting you now." This crap went on for about a week, meanwhile my child was caught in the middle. It goes to show they dont give a crap about the patient if all they want to do is argue with the adults. I got a patient advocate involved. She tried her hardest to contact that office and sort this out but they wouldnt return her calls. She even walked over to their office to no effect. I sent them another message through the portal and this time they got right back with me instead of making me wait 4 days. I threatened to sue because this is the medical treatment of my child, which they were neglecting over fighting with US. It was more important to that office to stick up for a bad nurse than care for my kid. I just got a call from KARLA the office manager. She was very snotty and standoffish. She basically let my son go from this neurologist against my protests. Yea an autistic 8 year old got totally fired from a doctor over STEPHANIES bad attitude and her want/need to argue and be a complete B***H! AND over the offices willingness to protect that woman even though she was in the wrong. NO i dont need to sue this quack. His 2.5 out of 5 star rating speaks for itself. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! My advice is to go out of state or drive to shans.
