My husband stopped in with a business invoice to find out if they could replicate it and how much it would be for a supply. He was told that someone would get back with me by the end of the week. I waited a week and as I never heard back I called and they acted like they knew nothing about what I was speaking of. I explained the situation and they said the owner would call me by the end of the week. It's been 2 months and I have heard nothing. Needless to say I went elsewhere but their customer service is severely lacking. read more

My husband stopped in with a business invoice that we needed printed. He was told someone would contact him by the end of the week with pricing. We waited and no one called us so the next week I called them. They acted like they knew nothing about what I was calling for. I explained the situation and was told we would get a call back by the end of that week. We never got a call back and that has been 2 months ago. Needless to say we went elsewhere for our printing needs. They really need to work on customer service and follow up. read more

The store was busy on a Friday evening and I was assisted by Dominique who provided the best customer service and treated me as if I was his only customer. He took the time to answer all my questions. He was patient as I was deciding which fragrance to buy. All the fragrances smell so good and they had a large selection. Once I narrowed it down to the fragrance I wanted, Dominique packaged my purchase so nicely as if I was going to give it as a gift (to myself) The brand is a bit pricey but as Dominique stated "it's the Rolls Royce of Parfums".

It has the feel of TJ Maxx or Marshall. That can be nice sometimes, but I personally wouldn't drive to it again. It does have a really large collection, especially of shirts and pants. I did find that the type of "look" seemed to target a different demographic, so I had trouble finding clothes that I liked. When I looked at the tags, most of the clothing was made in China though, so I'm not sure how long it will last. There were a couple of sections with actual Dillards brands, and they were nicer (in my opinion), but then the prices were more like going to the Mall, so I don't really have a need to drive there. If I lived in High Point, I'd probably visit from time to time, but it's not worth the visit from Winston.
