It offers mailing, and some printing services, as well as Amazon package drop-off (which means it sees a lot of foot traffic throughout the day). Although the store is very busy, the employees keep everything running smoothly for the most part. The store is always clean and organized, and the staff is friendly. My only "gripe" is that the reception for mobile and WiFi service in the building is horrible, so when going to pull up an Amazon code for a return, it is often difficult. Although the store has guest WiFi for customers, no one seems to know how to access it. The manager has made it a habit to tell people to go to the cafe next door and purchase something to use their customer WiFi. This is instead of researching what the UPS WiFi password is. I found that inconvenience a bit off-putting, so I don't frequent this location like I used to. Thankfully, Amazon has added a new feature that allows me to add my product return labels to my Apple Wallet before going in, so I no longer need the WiFi, but still. Customers should be directed to leave your store and go to another store and spend money, just to use your services. That's weird. I appreciate the convenience and the fast, friendly service, but the value is a bit questionable at this location for me. Especially when one has to spend additional money just to return a package for free. I recommend you visit at your own risk. :)

While sometimes I feel like I get charged for strange things, while other times those charges don't exist, I'm never unhappy with the result. Colors are accurate, the cutting is precise, and everything is packaged up neatly ready to use at my events. On my most recent visit, Brie was very helpful. She let me know how I could be served even faster in the future through their website, and could avoid a couple of the fees on the receipt through that avenue as well. Regardless, she was friendly as we waited on prints and not only kept on task with what she was doing for me, but assisted other customers instead of waiting by the printer.
