Unlike other service providers, Lucy went beyond asking my home's square footage and general state of cleanliness. She visited my home (on the same day) to walk the rooms and get a true understanding of the scope of work and my specific desires. The quote given was very reasonable and we chose to move forward with an initial deep clean. Our home was tidy, but our previous (nationally franchised) maid service seemed to be getting less thorough with each session so the deep clean gave us peace of mind and a great reset. Lucy was wonderful with scheduling us for a time that worked for my family, and we appreciated her flexibility! Yesterday was our deep clean and OH BOY did her team go above and beyond. Lucy and her associate arrived on-time, fully stocked with cleaning products, and great spirits. They spent over five hours in my home scrubbing things until they sparkled. They cleaned items never touched by my old service including ceiling fans and under the couches. Additionally, they were able to remove stains on my walls that I had given up on. The kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms have never looked better! Sinks and appliances look brand new despite being almost ten years old. We are very grateful for Lucy and have already set up to be recurring customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Give her a chance and skip the national franchises. Beware of autopay…read more Laws just changed to protect people from common sketchy autopay practices. Bulwark has ignored my requests to stop service. They also ignored my messages about service: a) "do not come until we arrange a day and time for inside house.). b) "use your natural pest control products..... not those with carcinogenics". C) and again "stop service". Big disconnect. They keep coming. They keep charging. They keep using dangerous products. I hired another company in 2023: Carolina Pest Management.
