I wish I was exaggerating, but I have the screenshots of my call logs to prove it. To make matters worse, there is no option to schedule appointments online. On the rare chance you finally get a live person on the phone, they constantly hang up on you. This isn't a one-time issue; it happens over and over again. It's a real shame because the doctors here are actually very good--it's just too bad you can't ever get an appointment to see them. Edinger desperately needs a new call center. I'm already switching my insurance because I can't deal with this anymore.

We went through my entire medical history and my current health and not once did he rush through the appointment - we spent around 50 minutes together, if not more. It is an understatement to say that Dr. Barrett completely understands how to care for a patient in every aspect of their health. He is compassionate, thorough, and so so smart. Yet keep in mind I had an appointment today at 245pm. So Office Staff lady says I make you appointment tomorrow at 545pm. (NOT SURE HOW THAT MAKES ANY SENSE!!!) While we are on the phone at 321pm making the appointment for tomorrow that makes no sense... I get a call from doctor Jackie at the same time and Doctor Jackie left a voice mail at 322pm. Voice Mail says to call her back right away. Okay so I call back right away and get the same Office Staff Lady AGAIN!!! Office Staff lady doesn't understand in plain English that I had an appointment at 245pm TODAY!!! And that I had told Office Staff lady that the Doctor told me to call her back right away and I did in less than 2 minutes of hearing the voice mail. But Office Staff Lady says, I will tell her to call you. Still no call back nd I was put on hold until I got disconnected. Still no follow up! I don't know about anyone else but that sounds pretty ridiculous to me that; 1. By the time I called her back, she had already scheduled an appointment for me with the surgeon the next day. The surgeon and the oncologist she referred me to were also exceptional. Within 10 days I had two surgeries and was on my way to post op radiation. I've never heard of a quicker response. Same when my eye was cut by a cactus. She called around and got me in to see an eye doctor that same day even though all referrals were booked. Can't say enough about Dr Don.

When I asked for her last name, she told me she does not have a last name and then walked away. This behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. We are patients and paying customers, and this was the worst customer service I have experienced. A medical office should provide clear communication, accountability, and basic courtesy.
