We had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. When I called to schedule the appointment, Stephanie refused to provide a reminder or confirmation that we had an appointment with the doctor. The experience became even more frustrating when we arrived. The patient does not speak English, and instead of helping us find a translator or providing reasonable assistance, the clinic refused to provide services and told the patient to go home. Unbelievable ‼ What makes this especially frustrating is that we had already explained the language issue, and the patient even told them that he had a translator available if needed. Despite that, they still refused to help him simply because he does not speak English. The patient lost an entire day of work for this appointment, only to be turned away without receiving the medical service he came for. We expected a professional and respectful environment, especially when dealing with a language barrier. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone, and we will not be returning. I hope management takes this situation seriously and improves how patients with limited English proficiency are treated!!! read more

Dr Aish is the best. He can pinpoint the problem quickly!!! Sometimes the wait time can be a bit long to see him but totally worth the wait. Honestly I haven't had an appointment with him in 2 years but my wait time for the past 2 appointments was only about 20 minutes. I am always impressed with how he makes decisions so quickly on how to treat my back or shoulder problems! I went to a couple of specialists who ran tests & sent me for X-rays only to write a report but didn't really care about me. Dr Aish immediately took my situation seriously & even took the time to walk me over to meet the new PT who is nice. I really like the new PT so far! Dr. Aish is amazing and so are his front desk ladies and nurses!! This is my 6th appointment and I have NEVER waited longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Within 10 minutes I'm called back by Nurse Miguel or Nurse Jenny and they take my vitals and chart the reason for my visit and then within 15 minutes Dr. Aish is in the room. He assesses my issues and talks with me about the solutions and medications. Scripts are electronically transferred to my local pharmacy and are usually ready by the time I leave the office. Dr Aish and his staff are efficient and make me feel most welcome. I hated going to the doctor before I became part of the Beach Physicians Medical Group Family!! read more

I have been with Dr. Aish for at least 15 years, steadily his waits have gotten longer, the minimal time he spends with you has gotten shorter. The care has declined. My husband went in for a physical and they missed that he had pneumonia. Fast forward 3 trip to ER and 12 days in the hospital and he was told to follow up with primary. Aish refused to sign the disability paperwork, and told him to make another appointment for the paperwork. He did and Aish started yelling this is the last time he signs a paper (my husband has been out of work for over a month and has not been released to go back). Paperwork was sent back because the office did it wrong. We had to pay for 3 visits just to fill out paperwork that is still not done correctly. He is charging full office visits to fill out one 3 page form and it still was not done correctly. read more

This has been long time coming. There has not been a single time where I didnt wait less than an hour. The front staff, I hate to say that but no other word describes it better, is psychotic. They must hate their job or they hate people. Sometimes you see them in a better mood but mostly it is quite the opposite. Doctor, yeah very confident and arrogant. Being a doctor should not mean "think you are better and know everything". There is no one that knows it all. There is more to say about the office but I leave it at that. Dr. Aish is great. Listens well, explains my health clearly, and doesn't waste any time. I'd recommend him to anyone. So why the 3 stars? Because I had a 4PM appointment, for which I showed up at 3:58. I was taken back to a room at 5:00, and Dr. Aish entered the room at 5:35. I don't really think it's acceptable to keep a patient waiting like that. If it was a one-time experience, that would be understandable. New office girl is terrible. She's rude and lacks knowledge. Does zero to help when you have questions and her go to is "make an appointment with dr. Aish if you have any questions!" Couldn't even tell me immunizations records and if my son needed any update. Told me to make an appointment. Really missing Gwen and the other girls. I have only seen Doctor Aish a couple of times and I believe he is good doctor. He made sure I left the office with all my questions answered. I am giving a lower rating solely because of waiting time and the front desk personnel inability to do basic communication with patients. I have had to wait more than an hour to see the doctor. Also, I left two voicemails on separate dates and never got a call back. The following week I had to go the office to get my questions answered and the excuse I received for not returning my calls was One lady - " I was out of the office" . The other lady - " I did not know the answer to your question" They made a whole deal about me asking for a code I needed in order to get an MRI pre-determination. And at the end they gave me the wrong code. read more

I have had 5-6 appointments with Dr. Aish and never have I had to wait less than an hour. I recently started seeing the PA there who is apparently slightly less busy than the real doctor. Recently I was 20 minutes late to an appointment and was denied. I explained that I always get put in a room and wait quite awhile before the doctor or PA comes so that my showing up 20 minutes late literally does not affect the time at which I would have been seen. I mentioned how long the waits always are and was told by the office desk girl that she usually waits 1-1.5 hours. Obviously I have higher standards than she does. My neighbor recently changed doctors from Aish for other reasons that left her dissatisfied with the service and care. I won't be returning to this place. read more

The worst thing about Dr. Aish is his front desk staff. Then, the wait. Over an hour before seeing Dr. Aish or a PA. Decent doctor, however this is completely overshadowed by horrible staff and office management. The wait times are atrocious, I usually have to wait 1-1.5 hours in order to see the doctor . Never have I waited less than that of the 6 times I've been here. Also, the receptionists never answer the phone when calling to make an appointment. Not once have they picked up. I always have to leave a message and wait for them to call me back, which usually happens while I am at work later in the day so I have to call them back and play telephone tag for 2-3 days before I can actually get my appointment scheduled. My daughter had a raging sinus infection that went undiagnosed and untreated for 7 months, he would dismiss her symptoms and just gave her allergy pills...She finally asked for a referral to a Ear, Nose and Throat doctor who was shocked to see her middle ear completely infected. First time coming here. As the other reviewers mention the wait is horrible. I don't understand why not book longer appointments to prevent longer patient wait times. My appointment was 10:30. It's been over an hour and I still haven't seen the doctor. I'm sure he's great but I don't have all day to sit here for an appointment. I even scheduled a morning appointment. If he's already playing catch up at the am I can't imagine how bad it would be in the evening. The staff was not pleasant either. i just moved to the neighborhood and my coworker who lives in the neighborhood recommended this dr to me. i had a sore throat and wanted to see if i could go in the same day and i was told i could see the physician's assistant since the dr was already booked. the wait was less than i was used to at my last dr's office even thought i was a new patient! the PA was very helpful and showed me diagrams and was very down to earth. when she heard i had pneumonia a couple years ago and didn't do a follow up chest xray she recommended it and so i found out i have scarring of the lung... woo...hoo... she also told me the dr likes to meet first time patients so then he came and checked my lungs and asked me if i had any questions and talked to me for a while and was very helpful. i didnt know dr visits can be like this! read more

Dr. Aish and his staff are great. I would definitely recommend him for issues bigger than the common cold or check up. You will have to wait at least an hour and a half (past your scheduled appointment time) to see him, but if the issue is serious he is worth the wait. He is particularly good with athletes and athletic injuries. He is very good at explaining the situation and exploring all options of rehabilitation before taking severe measures. Moral of the story, if you have a flu or need an annual check up - find a different doctor. If you have a serious injury or sickness that your regular doctor can't seem to resolve, go see Dr. Aish! read more
