It's a fact my feet are so wide that I normally get my sneakers in the men's section at Academy because the women's wide with shoes are just not wide enough. For some reason they give them in more room in the tow box I guess because their toes are bigger? LOL! I found so many cute shoes and all were buy one get one half off. The clearance section also had an abundance of options so I walked out with three gorgeous new pair of athletic shoes and I couldn't be happier with the value and the selection. Customer service was also top-notch and the cashier let me know by signing up for emails I would get an additional 10% off!! Bonus!! I also will give customer service bonus points because there was a sign on the front door saying that the restroom was out of order. Just purchased a new "Grand Design Imagine XLS" from Camper World-Springfield, Missouri. We had…read morepreviously had awful experiences near home - (5 hours away) with bait and switch, hidden fees, and just plain dishonesty. We then found this Grand Design online and reached out to salesman, Austin who was patient and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions - Once the deal was made, we drove the 5 hours and made contact with David who was extremely helpful and honest with questions about financing, - Austin was off work the day we arrived , so we met with Dale. He was awesome, helping us with with hooking up to our truck and other questions about camping and towing -then Nya showed us every feature about the camper - she was kind, patient and knowledgable. Once we made it into the business office to finalize the paperwork we worked with Darwin - who was also extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy at all. Overall our experience at Camper World was perfect! - would recommend to anyone looking for a Rv - especially if interested in Grand Design as they appear to have a large selection.

I said something that would sleep 2-4. I was shown the first pull camper sitting on lot, right outside the door.. I explained the corner bed would not work. Why not what's wrong with it? My husband and I would not fit We need a full mattress. What do you want? To see another option. Takes me to the second camper on lot. I look still not what I am looking for. When there is a window unit, not roof air, I know I am not interested. What do you want? Maybe see one without bunks? I explained we have owned several campers over the years, but it has been awhile. I know what I am looking for. I know what to check for. I just want to see options, different layouts. I was under the impression that you take trade ins and really was shopping to see what was available. Again, what do you want? I was so frustrated ! I was shown 3 campers because I insisted to see them. Travis would have shown me just 1. By the way, as we were leaving, I asked what his name was because a good salesman introduces himself and shakes my hand. Travis lacked that skill. Lastly, I may not have been dressed for success since I was on vacation, but Travis will never know if I had cash in hand. What do you want? Travis, i told you I wanted to see what what available. If I knew what I wanted, I would have just sat on my couch and ordered for pick up.
