The most recent time was I noticed the large diamond was loose on a Monday, and brought it in that morning. The prongs needed retipped along with tightening. A day later, my ring was finished and looked like the day I received it! I applaud them on the turnaround, because I needed to have it within the next day due to an unexpected trip.
