I've never forgot them. Bought a pump shotgun from them. It had a pistol grip. Seemed to cycle…read morecorrectly in the store. Took it home and it jammed constantly. I took it back to them twice and they promised to fix the issue. They never even looked at it. I could tell I checked it out and had a gunsmith fix it after picking it up the second time. He not only fixed it but told me no one had taken the gun apart recently before he did when he fixed the issue. The lying, scum worker at the counter gave me a BIG smile both times he handed the gun back to me. He stated he'd worked on the gun and it cycled for him fine with no issues when he shot it. This was the old store at Campbell and Sunshine where this transpired. Loftis is always has been and always will be one of the most crooked pawnshops in Springfield. Even for a pawnshop they're at the absolute bottom of the barrel. I'd not do business with them for any reason. A person would be better off attempting to do business with a loan shark than with Loftis Pawn. Do yourself a favor: STAY AWAY!!!
