We got towed to them around 3 pm on a Friday and were expecting to have to stay the night. The front desk said, let's see what we can do for you, and try to get you taken care of. They diagnosed the issue, jumped right on it, and had the part coming to their shop withing 20 minutes. They told me they were going to do their best to have it done before 6 pm (closing time). Wife and I went to a nice sandwich at subway across the street, walked around, and by the time we got back, around 5:20, they were just finishing up. We were back on the road by 6 pm. The whole experience with dealing with this location, was positive. The front counter was very helpful, and the mechanics did an excellent job. They bled the air from the brake lines and told us the brake booster is fine. When we asked for a refund on the brake bleed job we were only offered a 50% refund and only as a store credit! When a shop fails to perform a job they shouldn't charge you for their failure to do the job, and only offer a 50% store credit. Thats theft, pure and simple. That was Jason's solution.

The tech inside was bouncing back and forth between bays trying to juggle multiple cars at once. No place called "Take 5" should take 45+ minutes for a basic oil change. This isn't on the techs, they looked frustrated, overworked, and miserable. Whoever manages this place needs to hire more people or cut down to one bay, because what's happening now is just poor management. Safe to say I won't be coming back.

They told us we needed to replace the ignition coil and spark plugs and that would solve the problem. After charging almost $900 the code came back in less than a month. We took our car back in and they told us they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and to come pick it up. We asked for a list of tests they ran and the results. We got a small list but no results. A simple search from chat gpt told us what the problem could be and easy tests that could be run to confirm it. Two other mechanics confirmed that they could have run a simple test to confirm the head gasket was bad as well. Now we get to pay another mechanic to diagnose it and replace the head gasket after already wasting $900 with carsmart.
