The office is very clean and pleasant, Hannah, his assistant, was so accommodating that she even asked me for my music preference to play during the procedure. This was my second extraction by Dr. Kim. The first being three years ago. An infected lower molar was extracted quickly and the infected area was treated with no pain experienced, only a very little pressure was felt. The second extraction was two days ago. This time an upper molar broke off making the extraction more challenging. My sinus area was also involved and inflamed. Once again no pain was felt and both procedures were performed using local anesthesia. I was given the option of general anesthesia but declined it both times with no regrets. Recovery has been quick for both extractions with minimal bleeding the first half hour when changing the gauze. No pain medications have been needed for both procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Kim to all my friends and family. I was referred here both times by my regular dentist, Dr. Lawrence Wong, who only has the highest regard for Dr. Kim and his staff.

In addition to the standard costs associated with treatment, I was informed of a $7,500 "surgical planning fee," along with other charges that are not covered by insurance. As a result, my out-of-pocket costs for an otherwise covered jaw surgery would exceed $10,000. None of the other surgeons I consulted with assessed similar fees. I am also disappointed by the delays surrounding my imaging refund. In March, I was advised that the imaging costs would be refunded once the insurance claim was processed. I received confirmation is was processed in April. It is now nearly July, and I have been told that it may take an additional 30 to 45 days to receive reimbursement.

I put off removing my 4 wisdom teeth for the last 5 years because I was honestly terrified. I am a mom of 3 so I was really scared to go under anesthesia and also had never had any kind of oral surgery. Fast forward my wisdom teeth were causing me so much pain it became unbearable. My dentist referred me to IEOMFS for a consultation. Dr. Dudziak was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Kate was very kind and Manny was absolutely amazing. They both recognized how anxious I was the day of my procedure. Manny started talking to me about other things to get my mind off the procedure while Kate got me hooked up to nitrous oxide. I am not kidding you as strange as it sounds from that point on I had a blast. I couldn't stop laughing. Manny was so sweet and funny and kind. Dr. Dudziak came in and gave me my IV (he was fantastic at administering that as well) and he answered my questions I had prior to my procedure. From that point forward all I remember is waking up and it was all over with. (I know I was pretty silly on the nitrous and they were all so kind and funny and patient with me which I am so grateful for). I asked Kate to see my teeth that were extracted and she was kind enough to show me too which was really neat to see. I woke up so happy and relieved that I finally had gotten my wisdom teeth taken care of .. no pain or memory of the extractions/coronectomies at all whatsoever. To whoever is reading this review that needs their wisdom teeth taken care of: please just get it done and over with - and make sure to get it done here if you want a seamless experience. Do not wait like I did - the procedure and recovery really truly is not bad at all and wasn't scary at all. The procedure itself was actually enjoyable and the recovery has been more than manageable (even with me being 33 years old & having the possible risk of having a harder recovery at an older age.) I am currently on day 3 of my recovery and am already feeling so much better. I fully believe a huge contributor to this is because Dr. Dudziak is so incredibly skilled and gifted at what he does. (I have also religiously followed all of my post op care instructions they gave me). My experience with IEOMFS was all in all exceptional from the front desk, to the surgery, to my post op care as well. They are so incredibly thorough and on top on every single detail: - They sent in my prescriptions 5 days prior to surgery - called me to make sure I had them prior to surgery - answered all of my questions (I had way too many ) - gave me a ton of post op goodies (head wrap that holds cold packs that you can also use for warm packs, extra cold/warm packs, chapstick, a smoothie, a thank you card and other supplies for post op care). - The evening after my procedure I had a question about a prescription .. my husband left a message after-hours and they called him back quickly to answer the question even after-hours! -They called me day 2 to check in on me and see how I was doing. I have had 3 c-sections and never in my life have I experienced this kind of care and attention to detail pre op, during surgery or post op. Their service is top notch and so on point it's honestly amazing and deserves to be recognized. I have learned in life that there are certain things you truly do get what you pay for with (tattoos, car repairs and dental care). My experience and procedure I had done here was worth every single penny and I would choose IEOMFS and Dr. Dudziak a thousand times over. I will absolutely be referring all of my friends/family here and have already started telling the people I know that need their wisdom teeth taken care of to go here. A huge thank you to you all for giving me such an incredible experience I cannot thank you enough!! Every single one of you are absolutely amazing and I will forever be grateful for you and my experience at IEOMFS!

The staff was friendly and welcoming,…read moreand the dentists were knowledgeable and took the time to explain procedures and treatment options. The office's follow-up was outstanding--they consistently called to remind me about cleanings, recommended preventive services, and made sure I stayed on schedule with my dental care. I also had three teeth extracted and bridges placed here. At the time, the bridges were fabricated on-site, which meant I received them immediately. That level of service was a huge convenience and one of the reasons I continued coming back. About six months later, however, I noticed a significant change. The proactive communication stopped. The reminder calls disappeared, and the overall level of engagement wasn't the same. When I visited the office, I learned that the original dentist had sold the practice to another dentist. I don't fault the current dentist--he seems professional and pleasant, and I'm keeping an open mind. However, I do wish the transition had been communicated to existing patients. A simple notification would have allowed patients to make an informed decision about whether they wanted to continue their care with the new provider, just as they had chosen the original practice. For patients who have been coming here since the office first opened, just be aware that the practice is different now. That isn't necessarily a negative thing, but the experience and level of service have changed. My only recommendation is for Smile Generation to do a better job communicating major changes like a change in ownership or primary dentist. That kind of transparency helps build trust and allows patients to make informed decisions about their care.

The second one was on 1/02/26. This is a Delta preferred partner and I trusted what was agreed and signed was the price to pay but then I kept getting these calls every other day about a balance and the amount kept changing but I didn't understand why they are charging so much after I already paid the agreed amount. This place changed my appointments so many times that even called my contact which is my wife because they don't understand that people work during the week and once I get the voicemail I would contact back. They're billing issues started back on 11/28/25 because shortly after I left they told me I had a balance of $500, they said they performed a laser procedure I wasn't informed or signed that it was extra $500. I told the lady that called me that day that NO ONE told me anything about that and she said I was getting a courtesy credit and it would be waved. All I did this date was a cleaning. What seems suspicious and fraud is that on my summary it shows that I went there on December 1st but I never set foot there on that date, I worked and I can prove it. This is so wrong for a business to manufacture dates of procedures and I reported to Delta dental for their questionable practices as to make up procedures to bill the insurance. Shortly after my 1/02/26 visit I started getting a balance calls every other day that ranged from $647.20 to now 947.20 with an upgrade charge from 12/20/25 (interesting how it's close to the courtesy wave fee of $500 they made the mistake for my 12/28/25 visit for not disclosing the amount before they performed the procedure) I don't trust this place at all, they're billing is all over, make up paperwork of work they did when I was not there 12/01/25, I'm asking them to stop bothering me with their calls and honor their quoted because none of the work they did was extra. After all aren't they Delta partner? Doesn't seem like it.

The molar had been bothering me for years but I finally decided to do something about it. When I had my X-ray taken, Dr. Gilbert showed me that the molar and surrounding gum tissue were infected and that my body has been fighting an active infection! I had been feeling more run-down than usual this past year I thought that it could be this molar; I was relieved to discover that I was right. I immediately scheduled a surgery date for the extraction, bone graft, and ensuing dental implant. Dr. Gilbert told me that I would feel so much better after getting the molar removed. The day arrived and I had my molar removed as a well as the bone graft. Dr. Gilbert was right, I felt so much better immediately after surgery! I didn't bleed much and didn't have much swelling. Moreover, I barely had any pain and only had to take one Motrin the first day - which I took preemptively but I probably didn't need it. About a month ago, I went back for the dental implant procedure. The X-ray showed that my bone graft was adequate and I went right into surgery. After the second surgery, I was grateful to experience a similar result as the first surgery - very little bleeding, pain, or swelling. I just went in for my 4 week follow-up and my implant healed nicely, so nicely in fact that my gums healed over the implant! I have a bone-disease similar to osteoporosis and I'm very particular about who I choose to operate on me. Dr. Gilbert presented himself as professional, confident, and most importantly capable of meeting the challenge of performing a successful dental implant procedure on me. Thank you, Dr. Gilbert! And also thank you to all of the staff and dental assistants who are all very pleasant and respectful of their patient's time!
