Office experience is the WORST! I can not believe they treat patients with like this! First of all the wait is waaaaay to long brought me in the back after 30 mins after my appointment time then waited for someone to come in the room for another 30 mins and then placed numbing gel and waited 20 mins for Dr. Bijal Joshi just to come in. Like if I have an appointment at a certain time why am I being seen 1 hour n half later? Now the staff omg theeee worst Kathy the Dental Assistant was over charging me for something that didn't need to be done . She kept changing prices like if she didn't know what we spoke about due to the previous treatment plan. I never leave reviews but I was so dissatisfied I had to. Waited over 45 minutes to be seen despite having an appointment and that's only because I went and asked how much longer it would be. I took my son because I just wanted a dentist to check his mouth for any cavities and to see how his adult teeth are coming in. We weren't there for a cleaning or anything. When the dentist finally came in the room she immediately started working on his mouth, didn't ask me why we were there, didn't go over his X-rays with me (which other dentists do considering my son is only 8), and most certainly did not ask if I wanted them to put flouride on his teeth she just went ahead and did it. Other offices at least ask, to which I would have said no but they just do what they want here. Not to mention the rooms don't have a welcoming vibe for kids at all. And they try to bribe you at the end of your appointment with a Starbucks gift card in exchange for a good review. Definitely not coming back. read more

I brought my dad to Aesthetic Dental and I informed them that he was on blood thinners. They requested that dad's doctor fill out a form and wanted dad off his blood thinner temporarily. The doctor replied that he did not want dad off his meds and that they should be able to do the necessary work using other measures to reduce bleeding. Dad then lost a tooth and I told them this when booking the second appt. At this appt. we waited 40 minutes before the dentist came into the room. She was double masked and wearing a shield looking at the X-rays taken at the first appointment while speaking and I could not understand her and asked her to repeat herself. At that point she developed a bad attitude. When I asked her why she is telling us what she is going to do at the next appointment without even looking in dad's mouth since she doesn't even know what tooth fell out she turned around and left the room without saying another word. At the third appointment the dentist came in and acted surprised that dad was still on his blood thinners and asked if he could be off of them. I said no, the doctor had sent the form previously saying that he couldn't and that she should have been aware of this. She became very defensive. I said that if you don't want to work on him then they can refund our money and we can go somewhere else. She said fine and walked out. The staff were all friendly and pleasant but the dentists do not have good people skills, are rude and incompetent. Waste of time! Reply: Your response just reaffirms what I wrote. You had the form that the doctor sent saying that his findings were that dental procedures, including extractions, could be performed without taking a patient off blood thinners and that by taking a patient off blood thinners would be putting them at risk. It is unfortunate that you do not have the skills to work on patients taking blood thinners. You were not more concerned for my father's health than myself or his doctor. I stand by my review. You are rude and incompetent. read more
