I love this office. They are quick and friendly, but my favorite thing is that they have small xray machines in the rooms so you don't need to leave your chair and the xray pieces they use for your mouth are much smaller than other places I have been to. read more

Only came here because it's close to my house. They sadly don't take medi-cal so I had to pay in cash. A bit on the expensive side just for a cleaning. The doctor was your average rough and tough handed doctor, even though I had told him my teeth are sensitive, he wasn't really careful at all. He was still yanking on my teeth, felt like I was going to fall out the chair. After the cleaning was done, some lady told the receptionist to make an appointment 6 months from now. I was shocked, no one asked me if I wanted to make an appointment, nor the time or anything. I asked her, 6 months from now? Can I make it a year? She said (with an attitude) well it's recommended. I didn't bother arguing because she seemed stubborn as it is. Ended up canceling my appointment. Place looked nice and somewhat clean. read more

I have been coming here for a couple of years and have never had a problem till now, and let me tell you that it is by far the WORST dental visit I have had in my life! I had an infected tooth from an old root canal that was to be pulled then have a bone graph added. No problem right? WRONG! They brought in Dr Carvalho to do it and was the most terrifying experiece I have ever had. She was shoving needle after needle in me trying to get me numb and it wasn't working. She then cut the tooth in half thinking it would make it easier. I was getting uncontrollable shaking form the pain I was experiencing. Finally she stopped angrily and said you need to be put to sleep for this. It was 5:30 and no one was open. GREAT! Got a couple of referals that were useless. She wrote out a prescription for pain and I went to fill it and was told by the pharmacist that Dr Carvalho, aka Dr Mengele forgot to sign the prescription and that it could not be filled. pretty sure she did it on purpose. :( Finally got to the endodontist and was told I should have never tried to have the prcedure done with the infection, which is why it did not numb. Would have been good to have known this but I am not the expert! My mouth was litterally black from all the injections and from the trauma.The only reason I'm leaving 1 star is because they allowed this incompedent dentist to work on me. Dr Hiep was great as was there girl that did my deep cleaning but I just can't step into this building again. read more

OK guys, this is one of the worst experience I've ever had to go the dentist. Customer Service was on point. All the staffs were friendly and super helpful. My dentist was so patient and so nice. It made it feel like home. I got my cleaning done by the dentist and he did a filling right after the cleaning. The whole process, including the numbing was all so smooth and pleasant. If you live around the area, they should be your go to dental office. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! Avoid this dental office at all costs!! My husband and I needed a dentist in Ontario, so we decided to go to Star Bright......huge mistake! I saw Dr Linh Nguyen, my husband saw Dr Heip Nguyen. After X-rays both doctors told each of us the exact same information, we were in separate exam rooms. We were told that we have deep pockets and needed a deep cleaning, our old filings needed to be replaced and we had a cavity in 15 occlusal. I immediately felt uneasy especially being that we go to the dentist every 6 months. I did not let them do anything, I left the office and called our dentist in Orange County. His office made an appointment for us for a second opinion. We saw our original dentist today, he is amazing! After exam, he said neither of us have any cavities, neither of us need a deep cleaning, we do not have deep pockets, and our old filings are still good. I am absolutely disgusted knowing that there are dentists that are only out to make money! Star Bright does not care about their patients at all, they are bad dentists! Wonder how many patients have had unnecessary work done!? Like I said at the beginning Avoid this dental office at all costs! If you do go, make sure you get a second opinion!! read more

I've been going to Dr Hipp for like 18 years. He is the most trust-worthy wonderful dentist. I seriously can't say enough good things! Now my whole family comes here. He's great with my kids too. Nice dental office in good location. Once you arrive they usually see you very fast. Only downside is that the receptionists never calls you back, like they say they would. But always call to remind you of an appointment. I've been a patient for almost a year and have called multiple times to get copies of payment receipts, always get told that they'll call me back but they never do. I would appreciate a courtesy call back, at least to inform me if my issue can be resolved or not. read more

However, Dr. Nguyen has gone above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable and pain free throughout my multiple sessions (I even unintentionally snoozed during a session). He has reached out later after my first visit to ensure that my temporary crown was not giving me issues. They have earned my trust and loyalty! I've had past traumatizing experiences with other dentists and I love my dentist at star bright dental. They understand the anxiety people have when going to the dentist and I'm very comfortable with them. I'm so happy I found them. I tell everyone who says they need a new dentist about star bright dental. I am one of those people who has to take my AirPods and music to help relax but they understand and help me through. They don't lie about what needs to be done and they don't try to get you to pay for something that's not needed. They're very honest and upfront about what work needs to be done and the cost. With or without insurance I will always go to star bright dental. They're also the only dentist my son has known and he loves them too. He needed braces and I was able to apply for the care credit to help me pay for his braces. Dental work isn't cheap but they do their best to help you. Let be honest, when finding a dentist can be a bit scary and uncomfortable but I have to say Dr. Nguyen has gone above and beyond the call of duty. He was honest and caring from the begining. I was part of Gateway Dental in Eastvale and was a bit bothered by the over priced coverages offered. I needed to find an alternative, someone that treated with fair prices, I found it here. My first appointment was a breeze my partner got her second appointment and it worked out perfectly. My children and I recently had work done at Star Bright Dental and we couldn't be happier. A lot of times you find a dentist and the front office is decent but the dentist is rough or the dentist is good but the front office has zero people skills not Star Bright Dental. Everyone is so amazing! They are all so super sweet and extremely helpful. They work with your insurance and budget to give you the best care possible. My children were so happy they wished we had found them sooner. The dentist are so kind they constantly make sure you're not in any pain or discomfort. I never had to wait in the waiting room they were always ready to treat me. My smile is so much better I can't stop smiling. And after each visit the dentist text us to make sure we were doing ok. This has been my favorite dentist office by far :) so much so, my fiancé and I make the trek out from murrieta to see them! Both doctors are SO sweet and check up on you after procedures to make sure you're feeling ok. The staff that works the front desk, and the hygienists are all super friendly. Seriously, I have some fears around the dentist and they were so patient with me. Also, if you're worried about Covid as my fiancé and I are, you will feel super safe here. They were all masked and most were double masked, and wore face shields when working on us. They even had dyson air purifiers on in the rooms! Felt super safe :) read more

PLEASE READ: As embarrassing as this sounds I am 35 years of age and have not seen the dentist since I was 15. I had a really bad root canal with a terrible experience that I never want to relive again. Fast forward to now yes this whole time I have had health insurance with dental so I had no reason not to come. My teenage kids started poking fun at me because of the plaque and tartar buildup on my teeth.I was never in any pain nor did I have any issues so I never had any desire to seek a dentist. I went today due to reviews on Yelp. I can't tell you how great Dr. Linh Nguyen and the entire staff is amazing. I felt completely comfortable the whole time, I was often asked if I needed a break, or do I want a break over and over again. They speak to you as if they're speaking to a friend. I had conversations about my children the lovely assistant share conversation with me about her family as well. not to mention the doctor literally walk you through everything and explain everything very thoroughly. Guys let me tell you that the reviews are true!! The whole staff at Star Bright Dental is AMAZING!!!! They treat you like family and the environment is fun (yes I said fun) and relaxing, why because the staff is really easy going, friendly and they get along very well with each other. Now, for work done. I had 2 crown replacements, 6 fillings and a deep cleaning done in a total of 4 office visits. My work was done by Dr. Hiep Nguyen and he is great! Super gentle and he calls you in the evening to check on you to see how you are feeling. He also tells you that if you feel any pain or if you have any problems to come and see him the next day.
