I tried to install it this week and my drill bit quickly got used up. I sent Chris an email asking if he knew of someone who could install it. He immediately responded and said he would install them. Later that day I got a call that he was at our home and asked if it was OK for him to install them even though we weren't home. We got home an hour later and they were installed. Welds looked clean and has held strong since April. Bare metal was covered in Steel-It so I haven't seen any rust developing yet. Price was very reasonable and very competitive to other shops I had received a quote from. The shop isn't too hard to find but it's located on private property and isn't a part of an industrial area (as I was expecting). You'll be finding yourself in a neighborhood, which you'll need to walk through the front gate and into the back to let someone know you're there for some work. However, their shop is professional with tons of projects going on. Only drawback is the shop is quite far out in the hills of East County, and there's no cell reception out there, so you'll need to use their guest Wi-Fi if needing to get a Lyft/Uber. Be advised that it may take a while to find a driver to accept a ride when you're out there.
