Dylan was masterful at helping us design the kitchen and pick the right appliances. He's extremely knowledgeable. He is not "selling" but helping you decide. He came to our house to help finish the design and do a reconnaissance of the space. Lisa, on the production side, was also excellent and helped coordinate the process. The two technicians who came to the house to do the installation were excellent as well. All in all, a very professional experience. The only thing I would change is that they were able to do a smooth stucco on it (the do a texture one that we don't like, so we had to hire a separate person to do it). Also, they don't offer polished concrete as a counter option. Highly recommend Dylan!

Scheduled the appointment online, which was very easy to do, and received a call from the company a week before our appointment letting us know they had a cancellation and if we wanted, they could come out that day. Fortunately, we were available. Hugo arrived promptly and took a look at the grill. Set up a large cloth/tarp on the back patio and moved the BBQ on top of it. I appreciated that extra step because who knows what could have gotten on the patio during the cleaning. He was very through in his cleaning, inside and out of the grill. Grill looks close to brand new again and we were very pleased with the services offered by SD BBQ Cleaners and services rendered by Hugo. The man knows what he's doing. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get their grill cleaned up.

I don't know what I would have done without Moss Grills, but I know that is would have cost me more and I would not have been as happy.

The materials are low-grade, and the barrels are not attached directly to the frame in a way this feels rushed and poorly done. After waiting that long, it's frustrating to end up with something that looks and feels unfinished. I believe in supporting small businesses, but when the product doesn't meet basic standards of quality or craftsmanship, it makes it hard to recommend them to others.

The model we wanted not in stock, so Sales Rep suggested their floor model, which was discounted but told never used. Going weeks without a washer, we agreed to purchased and schedule earliest delivery date. Had to stay home from work to accommodate their 5-hour delivery window. Once installed the Washer FAILED to work....my time wasted! The options given was to reject delivery or have them send appliance tech to fix. Okay, option 2...Unfortunately, they DO NOT have people to come to fix it, but was instructed to call the Manufacture to schedule for warranty repair of my supposedly new floor model Washer on the very first day delivered...WTF?!? Spoke with Store Manager, who did not care if customer' had huge inconvenience or would have to takeoff work a second day for repair because a product they sold did not work properly on day one. He said cuz we purchased the floor model, they wouldn't know if it works or not until installed. He was so proud offering to call the Manufacture for me to schedule a repair OR exchange for another appliance brand that I did not want OR apply credit to purchase a new SpeedQueen (with no discount)) regardless of customer experience, cuz he said it's not allowed. He explained customer's time taking off work for delivery and repair days is not his problem. He's there to run a business and giving a discount is not an option. Did not even consider refunding the $99 deliver fee to compensate for our troubles. So, we opted to have them pick-up the W/D and give us our money back. We then purchased at Pacific Sales on Morena Blvd. They had all the SpeedQueen models in stock at same price and FREE Delivery/Install. Go there for your high end appliances for true customer satisfaction.

I ordered a heater board from Spa Parts Depot because they had best price that I could find. The next day after ordering the part they sent me a USPS tracking number indicating the package had shipped. The tracking number showed that the package left the local post office but then the tracking number was never updated after that and 10 days later the package still hadn't showed up. I kept Spa Parts Depot informed of the situation, and they shipped me out another part since the post office had lost the one they shipped. I received the second shipment and had my hot tub up and running. Several days later the first shipment randomly arrived and I sent the part back. Spa Parts Depot had exceptional customer service for being willing to send out a second shipment even though it was the post office's fault they lost the original package. Keeping a customer happy shows that a company cares. read more

What a great find! I had no idea they were a BBQ Grill store extraordinaire as well! Ron the owner has so much knowledge and passion for grilling and using the best products. They sell pellet grills like Traegger and all the bbq supplies! I sampled and smelled a bunch of their spices and rubs. OMG! The habanero and the honey seasoning was phenomenal. They even do grilling lessons. Love how involved they are in the community as even this weekend, they are having a store party with free food and samples. Yes, they sell spas, hot tubs and parts but they are the go to grill store in the area. Who knew? They can even service your outdoor grills. Stop in and say hi to Ron.
