Mais on m'a obligé à acheter de la nourriture trop chère (19$ le sac Oxbow de bouchons) que ma rate n'aime pas et ne touche pas... Bref, je sais que ce n'est pas la faute des deux jeunes vendeuses, mais elles doivent faire de la vente à pression et c'est juste complètement ridicule. Un rat peut manger des fruits et des légumes, de la bonne nourriture pour chat, des pâtes alimentaires cuites, des graines de tournesol, etc. Ils n'ont pas besoin de nourriture en bouchons pour faire une "transition sinon ils meurent", comme me l'ont répété les vendeuses... Je n'arrive pas à croire qu'on leur a mis ce mensonge en tête pour les inciter à vendre plus!!

Two weeks later, she had an infection on her leg $800.00 vet bill, and I still couldn't figure out how she got it. I went back one and half months later to pick her up, and she had three cuts; I was told you have to remove scabs so they could heel, but she had NO scabs on her to remove. When I returned home, I noticed my dog was walking funny on one of her pads. When I checked it, her nails were cut so short it hurt. Now I know how she got the previous infection. With all that being said, NEVER GO TO GLORY unless you want your pet in pain. They will b***S***. You do not remove scabs to heel. They screwed up and never had the decency to own up to their mistake.

Meanwhile our babies are getting yelled at, getting mad at the dogs all day long. They over book themselves because they are money hungry. My dog kept leaving in distress, he would be vomiting for days after getting groomed. So I thought I would stick around their shop outside to see what really goes on.. I was HORRIFIED! This lady started yelling at my dog and yanking his face and ears and AGGRESSIVELY SLAMMED my poor baby on their table. I could hear his cries from outside. He's a mini poodle PICK ON YOUR OWN SIZE ! Shame on these old ladies, they need to close shop. I have reported them and I hope others will do the same before more get hurt, who knows what else goes on here. He'd been going there for the last 5 years. 5 years too long if this is how he was being treated. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Don't let this lady fool you by telling you she has 37 years experience, that doesn't mean shit if this is how they treat our precious babies. Since my baby has been going elsewhere, he's much more happier, stress free and no more vomiting.

In the winter I ordered one and they called me in the spring when it arrived. I brought the plant I wanted transplanted in the new pot and they did it free of charge. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The plant selection varies every time i go in. If you like plants then this store will become your favourite.
