This is the coolest place I've ever gotten to explore. It's an antique store with older items than you can imagine, with treasures dating back to the 17th century. From cauldrons to doors to a wall of skeleton keys, if you're looking for something specific for your home that has a story behind it, this is your place. Chock full of hardware for every room in the house, this building is a labyrinth of fairly priced finds you won't see anywhere else. I will have to come back and write a more complete review later. But suffice to say we found this business to be a wonderful resource for our old house projects. The owner and his family i've created what is really an amazing combination of historical house parts warehouse and museum. It is great fun walking through. If you have an old house, you will definitely find items here that are useful and you'll probably learn a thing or two! We were guided directly to an area with a curated selection of glass cabinet poles and we were able to select a group of four that fit exactly what we needed. We will definitely be coming back! Really amazing collection of every kind of architectural salvage you could want. Historically accurate wooden shutters and doors, fireplace antiques, every type of hardware including antique doorknobs and lots more. Also some lovely stained glass. Well worth the drive from Allentown. Reasonably priced and pretty much a straight shot down 309S off 145. We took the scenic route on the way to Perkasie since we're not from PA but 309N took us back to Allentown without a problem. read more
