We needed custom double-pane insulated glass for a cracked 3 ft. x 4 ft. kitchen window. Price was…read morereasonable, installation quick and efficient and the new glass looked great. But it gets better. Once installed, the workers pointed out a few very slight smudges BETWEEN the double panes they said probably had not been noticed during the fabrication process. We most likely would not have noticed the smudges either until we cleaned the window weeks later... if then lol At their own initiative the workers said the glass would be replaced (no added charge) and 2 weeks later they returned with new, smudge-free glass. We were amazed by such attention to detail on the workers' part and the company's devotion to quality. An overall excellent experience. I'd give 'em six stars if that were possible.
