After reluctantly answering, she continued helping others, clearly showing poor customer service skills. I've usually had great experiences at this location, but my last two visits have been awful. On a previous trip, I was making a return and explained to the associate that I'd used store credit for the purchase. I also mentioned that it wouldn't show when I swiped my card, but I had my receipt. Despite this, the associate processed the return as "no receipt" and only refunded half my money.

The billing and payment process is comprehensive, very clearcut and very easy to understand and follow from the outset, which also made the experience seamless. I would like to mention that dRemodeling has a cleaning team that they have clean the areas that have not only been worked on but also impacted by the construction.
