We had only one sub-optimal experience, which was quickly remediated. We originally wanted a slate floor for a bathroom. Upon receipt, we discovered that the tiles had uneven surfaces and were actually intended for outdoor use. The good news is that GST permitted us to exchange them for a more suitable variety.
