They patiently guided us through the process of designing our new kitchen, helping us pick colors, hardware, sink and faucet. Decided to do 2 other rooms in the same hardwood and made the purchase from Lowes as it matched the existing PERFECTLY. Here is the rub. Clearly after doing the first room, I realized that the work was a bit more involved than my knees would take. I reached out to A & J to get a quote on having them do the second room as I have had work done by them 3 times before and all jobs were a success!! I did not get the telephone. The gentleman that answered was a bit "put off" when I asked his name and got the standard, "well who is this"? I introduced myself and explained that they had done work for us before, and I wanted to see if they could help me out. I was asked where I bought the flooring, and I responded Lowe's. Then I got a "we will not install flooring purchased from Lowe's" No explanation, no nothing. That will be the LAST time I EVER call A & J and if their "m.o. is to be rude, they are successful!! Clearly, they have fart too much business and will ever get another dime of mine and my referrals will be sent to LL, Lowes or ANYONE that is not A&J. Avoid these guys like the plague!!!!
