I had left a bad review on another platform (Facebook) and they negotiated to have me take it down after offering to do my attic insulation in exchange. My bathroom remodel experience was terrible. This was in 2019. Like many others here, Brian was awesome until contact was signed and check was cashed. It took months for them to event start the work. " I can give you your money back but you'll have to start all over with someone else, do you really want to do that?" I had a leak that was destroying my downstairs so he knew I could not wait. The work itself was low quality, no attention to details, left debris outside in my yard, made promises they did not keep, failed to install items as agreed. Months later I found out the fan exhaust was directed inside my attic. The end of it was face down on my insulation and creating mold on it from the condensation. This is when I posted a review. I was tired. After the review, they sent someone. The guy who came caulked some edges I showed were horrible. They added insulation to my attic and I agreed to take the bad review down. This weekend, I had some issues with the shower being clogged. I thought some draino would solve it but the sink downstairs started overflowing. So, I took the drain cover off to try and snake the drain. Tristate-the gift that keeps on giving...the shower drain was round with a square drain cover. There was something that looked like a leftover peace of plastic packaging used a shim to keep the drain in place. I am no professional plumber but I am pretty sure drains are supposed to be tight seals. I hope there is one water sipping into my walls but how can I event know that. This was the worst project ever and it was so much money. The most expensive. Relieved to know that their terrible work is for everyone. I am guessing all "good reviews" here were people who also agreed to have it changed after they did something.

He clearly didn't do it , as he still did not dig at least below freeze line, also he put a thin plywood which is not even on ground level (the concrete would pass through and break with the weight), also no stability around. After that he wanted to removed all and still wanted me to pay for materials and labor!! He did not answer BBB complaint, I have the case closed and opened also with consumers affairs. I'm willing to pay for the hours he worked at my home( I have video with the time spend) and the material he sent me the cost. But he wants this and takes it all back. In the photos it can be seeing what he prepared without any sides just a frame. Everything from incorrectly laying out the footings, to mixing the concrete to overcharging for materials and refusing to provide receipts. He orders the wrong material, too much material, not enough material. I subsequently obtained the receipts from Home Depot proving that he overcharged me by many hundreds of dollars. He had no issues answering my questions or dressing my concerns without being cocky or condescending... something a lot of contractors need to learn these days. I decided to hire him to install my kitchen for my full home remodel. I have zero regrets choosing him for the job. He did an excellent job and he did it right. I really liked his quality of work and his work ethic. I decided to ask him for a couple more estimates for other jobs that still need to be completed. I hired him for those jobs also. Sean's work is top notch at a fair price. Sean knows what he is doing without question. He's honest and has a great deal of pride in his work.... and it shows. He fully honored his contracts and didn't skip on completing any of the work I hired him to do. When he was done for the day he made sure he, and his assistant Zack, cleaned up before they left for the day. I've had several contractors in my house since this project started. There's only two that I would highly recommend. Sean is one of them. The other contractor was the electrician. I still have more work that needs to be done in the future. I trust Sean enough to make sure he will be the contractor I'll call when I'm ready to start getting those jobs completed.

His attention to detail is unmatched by any contractor I've worked with before. (Owning a 100+ year old house, there have been many!) He communicated clearly throughout every phase of both projects, keeping us informed and involved the entire time. Even when a few minor hiccups came up, he stayed true to the original estimate--despite the work taking longer than expected (through no fault of his own). The craftsmanship is exceptional, and the finished projects look even better than I imagined. We'll definitely be hiring him again for future work. Highly recommend!

They are the contractors that YOU wished you hired. He is responsive via phone and text. Big Plus - Shows up every day (and sometimes Saturday). Another plus... His team works the full day. His estimate was spot on and very fair. He finished on time, so the project is not dragged out. He is trustworthy and gives honest recommendations (which we followed - glad we did). We started out with a few small items and with the quality of work he was producing - we added on.
