The Christmas lights were put up before Christmas, 3 of the strands didn't work. I made this known to the company immediately and it's now the 1st week of January in the new year, they still have not made good on replacing what doesn't work. My recommendation is to do them yourself or call a company who sticks by their word.

Although I was unable to locate the lights in the showroom, Joe walked me to the exact location to see them in person.
