She was knowledgeable and put me totally at ease with the pacemaker check. I am so happy with my appointment with her. I also want to point out what a great nurse you have in Rochelle. She is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. She had to set up several tests for me within a minimal time frame, and not only was she successful, but she remained cheerful the whole time. The practice is lucky to have her, and I am blessed to have her as my nurse. Thank you to both of these women for going above and beyond in patient care. They made what could have been a very stressful experience seem routine and smooth.

I've been trying to fill it for three weeks, but I've actually been without it for two weeks I was told my insurance no longer covers the current prescription. I am on that I needed to change out to a different prescription that my insurance will cover. I spoke with the nurse on the phone. She assured me that she was filling out the paperwork and submitting it as we spoke. This was last week. I've spoke to Walgreens every day since then they have yet to receive that paperwork. They checked their entire system to see if it was a mistake and sent it to another Walgreens not one of the Walgreens in our systems have received it again. I suffer from heart failure. This is a medication that keeps me alive. I have now been without it for two weeks. I am starting to fill the effects of not taking it in my body and I'm basically told through their on-call 24 hour nurse that if I don't like the way they handle things then go to the hospital. In a nutshell, I was told that I needed to come in TWICE as a new patient -- once to get my blood drawn and then a second appointment two weeks later to meet with the doctor about those blood results. Surprise, surprise, though ... my insurance doesn't cover TWO annual visits. Which, I'm assuming, this office knows. Being that, you know, they are a doctor's office dealing with health insurance. So when my $200 bill arrived, I called the office and spoke with three different people before being told that the office manager, Liz, would call me back. After playing phone tag for about two weeks (during which I would be put on hold for at least 10 minutes every single time I called her back, only to be told she wasn't available and that I should feel lucky that she was even calling me back at all because she doesn't normally do that .. literally that's what one receptionist told me), I give up. Two-years later I'm in collections and the person trying to collect tells me "yes I see in the notes that they told you they'd write it off, but they didn't have that authority". I paid them around $300 to get them out of my life. In 2021 they sent me to collections for a walker. I was doing 100-mile bike rides at that time, I'm a runner, and I am above average health, I have never had a walker!!! I called and a girl said she'd take care of it, all she did was stopped them from continuing to bill. I got a letter from a collection agency, wrote them one letter explaining the situation and never heard from them again. Today my Doctor prescribed an in-home oximetry test, and apparently these clowns are the ones he chose to fulfill the order. I received a call from a girl saying they had received the doctor's order but I would need to speak to their billing dept to clear up an old balance before they could fulfill the prescription. I would never do business with this shit show of a company again anyway, so I'm glad they put a stop to the process for me. F them! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
