This was my first time getting gas at Costco. I came at the perfect time because there was no line. Their pump system appears to very organized which is great because it can get crazy here. The value of the gas is the best in town. I refuse to get gas anywhere else locally. I didn't encounter a service agents there but they do have workers available if you need assistance getting your gas. I'd definitely consider a Costco membership if you don't have one, just for the gas! read more

This gas station is convenient for me , it's close proximate to the 210 fwy and a few miles to the 15 Fwy. Now with the new 4 gas pumps / 4 lanes , the process seems to move along fairly quickly. I been going here early in the morning, so there is no wait time, I have yet to try getting gas during late afternoon and evening rush hour . This gas station is very clean with many lanes and many gas pumps so you can get through it very quickly.

The line was long and the prices were amazing. For regular gas it was $3.35 a gallon and $3.75 for premium. The lines moved quickly, and since we were under cover, we didn't get wet. Husband went inside to use the restroom, and as is the case at most Costcos, it was clean. (12/27/22) read more

This is my go-to Costco Gas in Fontana when I'm on my way home at times. As I said in my other Costco Gas reviews, Costco has the lowest gas prices compared to other gas stations except for Pilot Gas prices that is actually quite comparable with Costco prices. This one doesn't have a car wash either. Actually, lines are not as long here as at other Costco Gas which is great for me. I do have to drive farther east on the 210 Fwy to get to this one, but that's okay. If I can't wait for Pilot Gas, this is the one I hit. The only issue is when I don't get to it before closing time on Saturdays and Sundays. They normally close shop around 7:00 AMish (I think). So when that happens, I have to go to a non-Costco Gas unless I can wait for Pilot Gas. It all depends on where the gas gauge is at the time. I don't like driving up the hill with less than half a tank of gas. I wish Costco Gas would close later on the weekends... we can only wish! Happy Gas Pump'ing! read more

Highly recommend now that they have added two sets of pumps to each lane! Prices seem maybe higher compared to area competitors than they did before. In other words, the difference in prices compared to local competitors is not as substantial compared to the pre remodel prices. But still better overall. read more

If you're in the area, this gas station has recently had prices as low as Vegas. Currently the price is $3.55 but I've seen as low as $3.35. Definitely worth stopping here if you're about to head to Vegas from So. Cal. or coming back from Vegas. read more

Your regular run-of-the-mill Costco Gasoline station... I was here recently on the way home from a snow tubing trip to Running Springs (1/6/21). It's not nearly as updated as others in the surrounding area. For example, the aisle between the gas pumps is a much tighter fit. There are no fancy lights at the top to notify you if a station is occupied or not. The tap-to-pay FOB gave me a fit, so I entered my zip code the old-fashioned way. Ugh, that's so 2018... or whenever. I'm not a fan of the COVID-19 masks of any style, but I abide by the rules for the most part. At a gas station, though? With gas and diesel fumes getting caught in your air pockets? Um no... many of the other (older) patrons felt the same way allowing the wind to breeze across their mask-less faces. This seemingly did not bother any of the masked staff members as the lines moved quickly without much fuss. Parts of the road between the station and the parking lot from the Costco Warehouse are blocked off, creating a maze of ridiculousness. I like it when humans make everything more complicated. A round of applause for those who make us pause and wonder WTF... That stands for "Where's The Food," of course, because I don't have time to get mad over petty stuff. Why Four Stars only? Well, I'll tell ya.This venture by Costco, resulted in better than average gasoline pricing. Here, in SoCal, Arco (AtlanticRichfieldCorporation) is- to the best of my experience- the less costliest petrol available. I avoid using the word "CHEAP" simply because... Well... It sounds "CHEAP" doesn't it? Anyways, Costco gasoline, most often, costs less per gallon than ARCO. Can anyone drive in at Costco gas? No. It's for Members Only and Members pay with Debit or ANY VISA card. No cash. Lastly (for now), the gas lines can be very annoyingly long or pleasantly short and fast. Depends when you go. I've been to 11 different Costco gasoline locations on a regular basis due to where I lived and my travels to and from work. 1. Lakewood 2. Los Alamitos 3. Garden Grove 4. Commerce 5. Lakewood 6. Alhambra 7. Montclair 8. Ontario 9. Fontana 10. Victorville 11. San Dimas They are all great in that they've got the best prices!!! They all have the longest gas lines in town. They all provide great morning and late evening quick drive ups to avoid the lines... But what this and other Costco gas stations do not provide is the standard which I've become accustomed to at the Los Alamitos off of Katella. They have set the standard. They have the multiple lanes but the unique thing they have that the other 10 that I've visited doesn't is their 3 pumps per lane!!!! Not the "dated" old style 2 pumps per lane. So,.......... This particular Costco is "dated" in that they only have 2 pumps available per lane. Please update and change and get with it. It's a game changer!!!!!! It will make all the difference!!! They used to block off the parking lanes so that people could not cut, but now, everyone is cutting and it is rude and not fair. The lanes are also really skinny so if the car in front of you parks far from the pump and you are done pumping gas, you can't squeeze through bc of how small the space is. Just a horrible layout and it's messed up how so many people cut. read more

Gas is affordable and lines move quickly but Ms. Dorene the employee out at pumps is always in a rotten mood. Not customer service oriented or friendly. My card wasn't reading and when I finally tracked her down she refused to make eye contact and barked out " yeah, I'll be right there. She had no idea what pump I was on, so I let her know pump eight." a few minutes later she walked right by me when I said "excuse me." She turned and said "what's your problem? " I reminded her I was the customer that needed assistance after a long sign and eye roll on her part she rustled through her cards and helped me out. She walked away, bothered with a miserable look on her face. Coaching is needed. This isn't the first time she has been like this but I thought the last couple times I saw her may have been a time where she was having a bad day, but after today's interaction, I'm certain it's just who she is. Located just north east off the Citrus off ramp and 10 frwy. I like this location BC it's near the gym and on the way to visiting clients in the high desert. I've never really encountered lines at this location probably BC I fuel up in the early am. Don't forget to sign up and take advantage of AMEX annual cash rebate. Came here on a weekday, before noon, and was shocked that this location was so crowded. Due to the popularity of this location, one would think that they would remodel the entrance to this location, so more cars could get in and choose which lane to get into. I think the initial line just to get into the gas line, adds more time to an already drawn out process. Although I enjoyed paying Costco's low gas prices, I think I'll try to avoid this location. I totally respect people who want to try to save money on gas but holy smokes! The lines here are insanely long! I've come here on a few occasions and I've had to wait like 10-15 minutes just to get gas. My hubby is all about the Costco gas life but I think I would rather just pay a few dollars more for my sanity. Plus, I'm not sure what it is about Costco gas and my SUV, but I don't feel that my car reaches its peak performance. Hubby says I should just get the premium but I say... go to Shell pay regular, get peak performance, and save my hair by not ripping it while I sit in line for 15 minutes. Win, win! read more

He constantly is mocking people, throwing his hands up like I am stupid for wanting to put my car in a lane with the pump on the same side of my tank. I understand the pumps are universal but I was driving a company escalade esv. The car is too wide and I can't afford having the paint getting scratched from the pump. Love Costco gas it's always cheaper then anywhere else. The lines may be long if you go mid day but they move pretty quick.

My favorite place to get gas! Always great prices and lots of pumps. If you come after 3-4 pm, expect long lines, but it usually goes by pretty fast. Mid morning is great, no lines. Just have your costco card and debit card ready, you'll be in and out in no time. Gas price are always lower than other places, price wise, Arco is about the same, but I hate that Arco charges $.35 to use your debit card, so, I'll stick to costco. read more
