About 9PM, on 08/16/25. I was coming over to the store to purchase items. I noticed a police…read morepresence across the street at the 7-11 and wanted to take a picture then go inside to buy stuff. Anyways, this unkept security guard came up to me in an aggressive manor and told me to either "buy something or get out bro". Normally, because I work overnights, I stop by every in the middle of the night and spend about 20 dollars a day there. I should note that the overnight cashier guy, and the overnight security guard guy with the tattoos are really cool people. That's what surprised me about this security guard who not only got dirty looks from customers walking in the store, but also, made me never want to make any purchase from this gas station ever again. This security guard should be fired honestly. This all occurred within 30 seconds of me parking in the parking lot. I don't know what this guys problem is, but because of him. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and encouraging my friends, and family to take their business to the 7-11 across the street. At least they don't aggressive security guards who try to intimidate any customers.

They have people begging and soliciting all over the gas station. Watch out for CARD SKIMMERS!! They charge for air and will not turn it on for free even if your tire is flat. This is a Mobile/7 eleven store that is not (corporate) owned so when you go inside the store is dirty, dingy, and the employees are rude.. be cautious on their prepared food.. There are gas stations one exit past this store both directions of the freeway. Or head down Waterman to Circle K around the corner on Highland next to Starbucks.

When I asked the cashier about the reason behind the difference in price, she responded because the customer before me used it and paid on a card. I tried to explain to her that credit price is not advertised and that it is the consumer right to know the charge price before start pumping. Another employee interfered. When I asked him to come out to show me where the sign for the credit price advertised, he refused. Both were rude and unprofessional. This is a nice feature some of the older locations don't have. There is AN ATTEMPT at line management with the way it feeds into the gas station and the cones. Once I've went here when there was barely any other cars and it was fine. Another time I've been here during the weekends and it was fisted, but it wasn't as nightmarish as sometimes the City of Industry location gets (people spill into a funnel and THEN pick and choose which lane to go in). The aisles are much more spacious too so I don't have to worry or freak out about awkwardly trying to take a middle pump when the front or end ones aren't conveniently my turn. As with all Costco things, good quality gas for unbeatable prices in comparison to everything around and the gas doesn't deplete in the tank like super cheap spots.

Though it appeared the owners, were quite active in regards to getting the location to run smoothly. Some hiccups included the pumps, and even diesel at the time. Diesel for example was out of order, and on another visit, pumping at a very very very very low rate (essentially out of service). Some noticeable yet disappointing visual construction yikes include poorly installed veener on the pillars near the pumps. I'm not sure who they hired to do that, but there was some noticeable low grade work done. On a positive note, it's the closest gas station to lytle creek, upon entrance and exit - though to keep the market competitive, just a little south more competition stations exist. So assuming you aren't on e, perhaps look at the cost of the other stations so that you could get the best value for your money. What makes this location unique is the many pumps (assuming they're all function upon your visit) the quick hot food available, liquor, and also presence where limited supply is in general serving the immediate neighborhood. I firmly believe that this location has potential - and I'm confident they can adjust as needed to stay competitive. I'll be sure to revise my review as more trips allow :)

I had to go badly so I checked to see if men's restroom was open and it was opened. I locked the door real quick since I'm only woman in there. Nobody was in there--I checked. But next thing I know, I felt there was a loud bang and I opened the door, there was an angry India man screamed at me. He needed Jesus. He was very mean and rude I'd ever seen. I've never been treated like that before. Was he even racist? He an old man with a thing on his head--be careful. He is not a nice man at all.
