Like most people I'm sure they come here for the good price on gas. The service request was gas fill up. The quality was normal for an arco.

Really friendly employees. The only issue is that they make you think they scan your rewards # and they don't. I don't know why they make you get a rewards # if they don't scan it or they don't atleast make an effort to give you some points. read more

Dear Arco, why are your gas pumps so darn slow? Came here today because it was on the right side of the street for me. Thank you but no thank you. I'll head across the street to USA. Speedy pumps, clean and bright too. Heck even the homeless guy is more fun to watch than your slow pumps! The homeless guy (I think his name is Mike) is harmless. Tried to give him a $5 dollar bill once...he told me all he wanted was a quarter. I explained he could get extra quarters with the five bucks, but he was adamant...the quarter or nothing. Love the coffee and love the staff. They usually have problems when paying with debit card when it is raining. I guess they lose network signal and you are forced to pay with cash. The pay machine by the pumps seems to like to go down quite often as well. Coffee is always hot and gas is always cheaper than the 4 others down the street. read more

I come here to get gas at 4:15 AM in the morning and I go to pay cash I wait here 10 minutes it is 50° outside thanks and no one came out to help me take my cash I had to use my debit card which they charge $.15 that is the most BS thing ever at 4 o'clock in the morning thank you Arco read more

Terrible store! Please don't come to this store and fill up the gas. When you come to the pump, it was no card reader on the gas pumps and the message telling you "see cashier". When I went to the cashier he asked for 6% charge on top with the gas price. I am trying to find the credit bureau to make a complain. Who are giving 5 or 4 stars for this kind of store. It's unethical business! Is it traditional damned Hindus business that I never saw in my entire life! I cannot post if I don't put any star, so I have to put 1 star and warning people don't come to this store, let them close the business and come back to the country where they can have dirty tricks. The staff is friendly here, the gas is usually $0.10/gallon cheaper than nearby stations, they have a BIG food mart, it is easy to access off Inglewood Ave., and there are lots of pumps. But my BIG beef is they do not have the little switches on the gas pump handle that lets you set that sucker on "open" and walk away from the pump - you gotta hang on to it while you fill the tank! Cheap gas but no restrooms!? I do a lot of driving and sometimes need to find a restroom. I remember when all gas stations had restrooms. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore. This is an AMPM, as well. No restrooms for the public tho. read more

Worst fast station ever! The Indian guy who works here always seems to screw things up. I've stopped by here after work 3x now, and what should take about 3 minutes, always takes about 15-20 mins here. Never again will I go here! read more

If only it were possible to award ZERO stars. This is by far the worst gas station I've been to...but it didn't use to be. This was my go-to gas station for when I'd find myself in the South Bay area for quite some time. However, I don't know what has changed, but the last few times I've gone to purchase gas have been awful. The penultimate time, I couldn't even buy gas because there was some sort of network failure and their debit/credit machines as well as ATM machine were down. About a month later, again, they were having issues with their register and it took about 5 minutes for the cashier to assist each customer. I told her I wanted $60 on pump 8 and she took my card and swiped it (something that I've never experienced in a gas station...usually, I swipe my own card. This should have been a red flag). I ended up only my tank with $35 worth of gas. In my experience, when I pay more for gas than I actually get, the balance automatically returns to my account. Not this time. It's been a week, and the balance has still not been returned. I've called multiple times to dispute this to no avail. I'm leaving it in the hands of my bank, but if nothing comes of it, I at least bought myself a $25 lesson. Heed my warning people: SWIPING YOUR CARD AT THIS GAS STATION IS ONLY OPENING UP YOURSELF TO UNNECESSARY TROUBLE. read more

Would like to award no stars for the worst gassing experience ever! The lack of customer service at this station is astounding. 2 out of 3 of the outdoor pay machines were down without notes on them. The first would not take a debit card. The second ate my cash. When I went in to tell the cashier he confirmed that the machines were broken and said I could pay inside. Well I'd already paid outside! I asked him to apply the money the machine had just eaten to my pump so that I could go home. In front of 2 other customers he says no, has me write my name down, and says to come back in 2-3 days! They are as shocked as I am. He says this is Arco's policy. I ask for a corporate phone # and he hands me a number. I call it right in front of him and then he tells me I'm calling his phone. Wtf?! He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and handled the situation in an extremely poor manner. Not once did he say sorry, offer assistance, or advice. I will most certainly not be coming back to this station ever again and will think twice before attempting another ARCO stop. read more
