I have never been treated so rudely by a store manager. She was hostile for asking a question.

I have to say, this is my preferred gas station, because it's centrally located on PCH. It's next to Kaiser and down the street from the 110 freeway. Almost all of the staff is nice, especially the women, but my favorite staff member is Rolando. He's been working there for a long time and he always remembers me, remembers the kind of work I do and asks how I am. He's always very nice to customers and patient, even with the tweakers. When they come in tripping, he's still kind and patient with them, which says a lot. They tend to have pretty good sales on all the snacks inside, like king sized candy 2/$6.00 and Celsius energy drinks, buy two get one free and they're originally 2/$7.00. They also put different snacks on a cart by the register each day, that have an even better sale going on. Today they had beef jerky sticks on sale. On top of this, you can also sign up for Mobil rewards, which gets you extra money off of gas and they also give you a $.10 off per gallon discount card that you can add on top of whatever else you may be saving. The $.10 off discount card is good for about six months and is very helpful in saving money at the pump. They're accepted at all Mobil Circle K's and they freely give them out at the register. Just ask! They'll also give you some to give others. The only downside I've found is when you stop in to get gas, but the door is locked. They're usually on a quick bathroom break or a regular break. You can still get gas outside at the pump, if you don't want to wait. Otherwise you can wait for them to open the door. I don't get upset about their breaks, because it only happens when someone is alone in there and plus, they're entitled to take a break, damn. I've seen some people get all mad and I look at them like they're stupid...like don't you take a break at work, especially if you're on your feet all day? read more

I'm so disgusted with how a cashier treated a older Mexican man. He wouldn't stop berating him in front of everyone about a gas number mistake. Didn't want to cancel it and change it to the right one. But even after he told him he couldn't do anything about it he kept going on about people who can't learn the language. I understand mistakes happen but there is no reason why a cashier that works with a lot of different ethnicities feel need to be a racist. I will never be going back to this gas station not only is it dirty but they hire racist low life's. read more

I was loyal to this company but after what happened on Saturday 6/24/23 I'm not ever going back. I went in to get the receipt and I came in with my dog in hand because I didn't want to leave her in the car. The worker backs up and screams "uh uh". I repeated to her I just need my receipt and she throws it at me and backs up. Keep in mind it's a very small dog. I asked you really have to do that and turned away to leave and the worker said f your mom and stay mad. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Every worker is very disrespectful they just hire anyone they see. read more

This gas station always does me good. It's the cheapest for gas prices in my area outside of the United Oil on PCH and Normandie. This gas station accepts American Express as United Oil does not. Sure - there can be quite a few (sometimes questionable) people hanging out outside of the store, sometimes asking for funds. But I always feel safe here. I'm usually really tired when I visit here late at night or early morning so I wear my "don't play with me" face and it seems to work. Ha! The clerks are very nice to me. I frequent this place, but they seem to have the right mix of customer service skills and street savvy-ness to treat me right and not let shady characters get over on them. The store here has a nice assortment of offerings and one of those machines to check your lottery ticket quickly. This market has tons of goodies to choose from, not to mention it's a winning location for numerous amounts of scratchers, and any other CA Lottery out there.. Nice friendly people that work if bums stay out of parking lot away stop harassing for change and opening the door for me touching the door with dirty hands is disgusting once I seen bums hairy ass filthy dirty afraid of getting bit bye some bum bug or flea sick cops don't do anything for this business bad for the owner loosing great customers read more

This is one of the cheapest gas stations in the area not counting costco. They accept all major credit cards. They dont charge a different price for cash or credit. They also have cheap fountain drinks. Highly recommended since almost all other stations dont have all that this station has. Corner location also easy access. read more

No I'm not happy with this Circle K anymore ! I was fine when we couldn't refill our cups any more. I was fine when we couldn't get our own cups anymore. But I put a limit on someone without gloves on and not covering their nose with the mask servicing my drink order! I don't what them touching the top that is covering my drink or my cups let alone hovering over my drink! I know when I go to a restaurant and get a drink to go I see them with gloves and regularly washing their hands between customers when handling money, cards, and registers. When you just came from behind the register helping another customer with their transaction and didn't wash hands the first I call it quits! Not to mention that if it's busy and there is only one associate which is most of the time when I come in, you are plum out of luck getting a drink at all! Sorry Circle K as much as I love your Polar Pops and Slushy drinks you have lost me! I'll see what 7 Eleven has to offer! read more

Best priced gas in the area. This place finally wised up and is at least matching United Oil and sometimes beating their price by 2 cents. When you have a big ol SUV like I do those 2 cents matter! Sometimes the credit machines don't work so you have to go inside, but it's not nearly crowded as United Oil can get. I think I may have found my new gas spot! read more

Not as crowded as United, so I guess better if you are in a hurry. The price is usually the same. I personally like busy gas stations as they have cheaper gas. Also, this one has less customers so you get a higher chance of being approached by a bum. At least at the United station there are so many people you feel a bit safer. They also tend to have more "out of order" pumps here ... which can be irritating. But if you are one of those people that grab snacks and drinks in the gas station, this place has a way better mini mart than the United station. This is for the gas only - Lowest Price around town AND they accept credit cards without a hike in the price over cash payment. That's trickery, but many places use that ploy. Corner location is easy to navigate in and out at Normandie and PCH. read more

Circle K is more than just a place to get gas. The place has great coffee. And now they have put in a espresso machine. The bath rooms are tidy. And the service attendant John is really a super guy. He keeps everything running smoothly. read more

This place is scary! The staff is generally enoughstaff is generally friendly enough , however the mess heads standing around in the parking lot and even some of the clientele going into this convenience store make it hey generally bad idea to ever pay cash for gas in this location. read more

Prices are pretty good here but don't come here if you wanna Get In en out quick, especially if you're using self service at the pump to pay half of the keypad don't work most of the machines don't give you a receipt after you finish your pumping gas then you have to inside and stand in the line 5 or 6 people in front of you to get your receipt absolute waste of time, it defeats the purpose of pay at the pump. read more

Wow, were to begin. First every time i come here they're out of gas? 2pm on a Thursday out of gas? Next the employees are SUPER RUDE! I came in on Sunday 10am expecting coffee and a fill up, i literally walked in 3 steps and was greeted by a young lady who btw was NOT wearing a Work shirt, to her saying to me "SIR, YOUR GONNA HAVE TO COME BACK, SHES ON BREAK!" as she points to young girl doing something in the cooler, and WAS wearing a work shirt. Dumbfounded i stop, & ask can i at least get gas? She sighs as if im bothering her & says i suppose I can ring you up for gas, at which point I said dont bother, & left. Another time i went there at 8:30p the store was closed with sign that read, " on break, be back at 9pm." A guy came up to the door noticed it was locked & said "Aww man, is he in there taking a SH!T again..." wow.... i counted at least 5 cars that pulled up & left immediately because they could not pay for they're gas, while he past his...funny huh.. one last thing, one time when i was able to get gas i see a chubby blonde girl wearing her circle K shirt outside in front of the store partying with her friends drinking alcohol laughing it up having a great time IN FRONT OF THE STORE!! yeah im done with this place i think if any of you have had similar experiences with this place you should do the same....
