The overhead visuals showing which pumps are open or in use are a small but brilliant touch. It takes a lot of the guesswork (and awkward pump stalking) out of the process. The layout makes you do a bit of zigzagging to get where you need to go, but once you figure it out, the savings at the pump make the extra turns worth it. No worries later, about 12 trips later and the ice was loaded into the back of my car and en route to this destination. I later had to come back here in order to fill up my gas tank for my two hour drive back to San Diego and hey, no complaints with the gas side of things either. I told them I didn't know so I went outside and came back in to give him the amount, once again he said he couldn't find it. I asked the clerk how it was possible that he could not find my transaction and he responded with an attitude and said, "Don't you see all these other people that are here pumping gas?". Such audicity! I'm a paying customer. I asked if it was possible for them to just give me a voucher for a car wash since I was charged for it. They said no and that I have to come in and talk to the manager Taylor. I don't live close to this gas station and that's quite the inconvenience.
