If I could rate this gas station 0 stars I would. On a multi state road trip and stopped here for gas. Pumped gas and went inside to use the restroom and there were no paper towels, no toilet paper and when I went to ask the attendant for some toilet paper he flat out refused to give me some and implied I needed to buy more stuff, as if my gas purchase wasn't a purchase there. This gas station sucks and the attendant should be fired. read more

Just came to this shell gas station and boy I never thought I would be complaining about a cashier but it shows. It's obvious the ratchet cashier with all the tattoos on her arms and neck and horrible makeup foundation, hates her job and it shows. I came in to cash two lotto tickets scratchers. I told her good afternoon I wanted to cash to lottery scratchers I won and she just took them from my hand and scanned them and proceeded to give me my money. As I said thank you and have a nice day. She gave me the fakest smile and went back to her resting (you know what face). Don't be mad at your customers due to your personal issues. No one told you to work there or force you. Obviously customer service is not her best suit. Other than that the store was clean and well up-kept. read more

Medium sized gas station with a nice mini mart. They have a good selection of energy drinks and sell gas station nachos which are pretty good as well as Thrifty ice cream. The service is always pretty quick and friendly. The only complaint that I have is that there are always homeless people asking you for money when you fill up. And I mean every time. They hangout at the gas station and they work the patrons. If you get gas there, don't give the homeless any money. Don't give them a reason to keep bothering people there. read more

Really nice Shell station. Brand new building, easy access off the I-10 into Mountain view, very clean, they sell lotto, alcohol, excellent customer service and they have a good circle K coffee set up. Also it is located next to a Mexican ice cream parlor and Mexican food joint. read more

I always go to this particular gas station at least 4 times a month on my way to work. Prices are good and staff is friendly. However, this morning after pumping gas I decided to purchase a drink and sandwich for my lunch. When I approached the register the cashier rang up my items all while talking to her coworker. Not once did she greet me as I said my good morning to her. If this pinup cashier had a bad morning I understand yet she works with the public and how she interacts or in this case her lack of interaction and behaving as if I do not exist speaks loudly for the company. One of the pumps, #11, didn't click off and kept going gushing gas all over my car and onto the pavement. The cashier said I would have to call back and speak to Sandy the manager. When I called back, Sandy said the machine was working now and she couldn't give me a refund. I didn't want a full refund but part of the money I spent for gas. She said I could call the main office but they wouldn't give me a refund either, I just hung up. Poor customer service all around. read more

I go to this Gas Station almost everyday, I will say it's one of the cleanest and modern gas station around. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. They have a great selection of food items and also have ice cream there if your in the mood to get the Thrifty Ice Cream in the cones. One thing that I notice about this gas station is that they often will have issues with the registers, so they will have long lines at time. It doesn't happen daily but it does happen at least once a month. The pop machines seem to be low on ice a lot which is a bummer, but I get it, they have the polar pops which only come out to 96 cents any size. The car wash is great but you can't pay for it at the car wash machine, you have to pay for it inside or at the pump as the machine card reader is down. Overall it's a great place to stop if your on the road headed somewhere. read more

The Circle K here is really clean and the Ladies at the Counter are friendly. My kids like coming here because they have so many choices of beverages snacks and even Thrifty ice cream. I can say the coffee choices are cool too not quite Starbucks but I can make my coffee just like it with all the flavorings just like a coffee bar. read more

Wont be putting has here anymore. I entered my debit card and then received two messages that my charge for $125 and then one for $60 was declined. Mind you I hadn't even began pumping gas. This is really shady. Luckily I was using a cashapp card that didn't have that type of money to use or it would've taken It. I've also seen people here using one pump to add gas to several other vehicles. Looks like something very shady is going on here. read more

I would recommend going elsewhere if you can get there. The prices are quite high here as it's right off the freeway. The station is fairly new so it looks nice, it's kept clean, and everything works properly. The inside mart is stocked very well and the staff inside are nice. I think my biggest complaint is the pricing. It's a shame because it's a really nice looking gas station. read more

Used to spend over $60 a week on gas and other stuff. Went tonight and the card scanner would not scan my card. Happens to many for the last month or so. Every time it fails the clerk opens the other register so I can use my card. Not tonight! The arrogant little clerk refused to do anything except tell me to use the ATM to get cash at my expense. Why don't you just fix the damn machine. The clerk customer service skills need to be retaught. To think she was training another to be as arrogant as her and not fulfill customer needs. I told them I would just go done the street next. Like they could give a crap. Whatever. Maybe her wonderful attitude works and the management condones it. Thanks but no thanks. I will take my money and go somewhere else where my business is appreciated. You should too. Read some of the other reviews. You need to fix your dang fuel rewards system. I has my car up twice a week spending $60 and I haven't got any fuel rewards. Let's just say if this is not resolved asap I'll go spend my money else where and screw connivence. Your employees are great just the owners need to fix this $&@$. Had a really disappointing experience here. I recently decided to buy a car wash here as it had been MONTHS since I washed my car and it was filthy. I paid the $8, went over and put my code in and pulled up to the car wash and nothing happened. I waited a good minute and nothing happened. I drove around and out my code in again and it said my code had expired! So I drove parked in front and went inside with my expired code. I told the lady working the counter what happened, showed her my car wash ticket which I bought 4 minutes before and was time stamped so the lady could see that. I showed her my car parked just in front which was still filthy and asked another code. I even came from work and was dressed I professional clothes with tie and pants. She told me that I was trying to cheat them and that she wouldn't give me another code. I asked for the manager but he/she "was not available." She eventually gave me another code but told me that if I had another problem that she would not give me another code. What is there problem? I didn't have the problem, there car wash machine did. I went through and this time the code worked. Washed my car fairly well to be honest. Feel bad rating them so badly, but that one employee was so rude and tried to spin their problem as my problem and keep my $8 with no service. There are SEVERAL other car wash options in the area and I will not be coming back here again. read more

The gas station appears to have a good stock, however the front desk had two girls and it was slow. My boyfriend had a nerve wracking experience and wants to go back and ask for help from the girl that took his lottery tickets and threw them away unsigned. That never happened to him before and he realized it was not right after we got home. I will post first his experience and then mine. He is now wondering how to contact the girl, because he doesnt know how to retrieve his tickets. She tried to run them and then just punched in the numbers, said the scanner didnt work, then she only ran one line, not all three and said to him, "there not winners, do you want me to throw them away" he sort of stumbled over himself and said yes. Then when we got home, he said "I did not sign those lottery tickets and they could have been winners.. she only checked one line and she could have made a mistake", he doesnt know why she hand entered them, because it doesnt show on the screen it was not a winner. He realizes he should have taken them home and checked online since she said the computer wasnt reading them rather than throw them out. Its probably a good idea if the front desk person sees unsigned tickets to ask the person to sign and keep them. He is worried they were winners. I said if she wins , he would know , not to worry .. plus he doesnt know what her name is. I notice it was slow and she was sort of out of it on checking me out too, not alert. So maybe this store needs more management training. I am a Professional Doc and know people get tired working at stores, but my boyfriend can't get this out of his head, so I said well lets post our experience so others will know and there wont be any chance of fraud. She might just not want to take tickets unsigned that dont clear on the screen for safety sake in the future. If you win with those tickets or still have them call us at 808-339-8287. He is not accusing you but maybe you can find them in the trash for us. This could leave any person wondering since the automation didnt show. His mistake, not hers, but its a good lesson for everyone on tickets, signing them and taking your tickets home not throwing them out unsigned. Lastly the place was very clean and nice food. and great prices. I dont think this woman was meaning to not be helpful, she might be overworked on some days, she looked quiet and tired when I bought my food.. but I see this often at busy gas stations. read more
