Price: has always been cheaper than at any other Shell gas stations that I've seen or been to. Even though they have a few questions at the pump before you can actually pump gas I really don't mind because gas is cheap here. They use to have a car wash but they took it out so hopefully that particular question will be taken off. Fingers crossed. This place is convenient and cheap for me so I'm there! Will travel! I like this gasoline station as it's not like most places off or near freeways that charge you an arm and a leg- sometimes 20 cents more. At night the place is well lit and has easy access back to the freeway. So I just drive up, gas up and go. I have a gold Shell gas card so I get 5 cents discount per gallon. If you link it to a MasterCard and/or Ralph's card then you can get 10 cents off. Costco is still the cheapest but if you're in need of of a fill up late at night then this Shell is the cheaper alternative.

It seems this location actually cares about service and upkeep of their restrooms, since the associate actually greeted me when I entered through the entrance and when I went straight to the bathroom, I happened to notice that they had a sign indicating to let the associate know if anything needed to be refilled/cleaned in the bathroom. Little details like that are greatly appreciated, and the main area with snack/drink selections looked very organized and tidy as well. Super easy to fill up, friendly service, and an easy to access (and clean) bathroom makes this place ideal for anyone that could be looking for a specific gas station on Yelp, haha.

You could not tell the chicken from the crusty outside. I wanted to exchange it for something that was at least kind of soft. The female behind the counter said said "sorry cannot do that". I said do you see how hard it is and I banged the chicken tender on the counter. She just looked at me and I said I can't like maybe the Burger at least it looks fairly soft. She said "no". The gas might be on the steep side at times, it's still good gas, a great location, has clean restrooms, fresh variety of coffee, convenience mart & always friendly service. I wish all other gas stations were like this one, but I suppose it depends on the area (not all can have restrooms and be able to keep up with the demand of upkeep), but I'm definitely a regular here come Saturday mornings... :)

There are numerous pumps and each pump offers payment at the island along with some annoying ad that is on speaker. Credit cards are accepted with a different price than cash for petrol. The fuel pump was in good working order but was out of receipt paper. The convenient store seemed to be closing down and the door was locked. The attendant was nowhere to be seen. Good thing I found an outdoor window along with a bell to call for the attendant.

Not really customer friendly either because the air and water station should be free. However, this place requires you to be a paying customer. Should I purchase a pack of gum, buy a beverage, or just move on to another gas station that doesn't require anything? There's a few other gas stations on Garvey Ave that were nice enough to let me use the air hose.

The pump would not let me pay outside, told me to go inside, so I did. Inside, the teller is very polite and asks me how much I want to put in the pump. I put $10, just enough to get home. I ask for a receipt, which confirms the $10 amount, get my gas, and go home. All seemed well. This morning, I get an email from Amex warning about possible fraudulent activity on my card. Apparently, I was charged over $100 at the gas station. Luckily, I still have my receipts (both the one from inside and the one the pump gives after you're done). I check the receipts, both of which say just $10. When I called Amex, they advised me to cancel my card for my own financial safety. It clearly was not a mistake, seeing as the printed receipts said $10 but the charged amount was different. I advise staying far away from this location. If you have to go, pay with cash, though I would suggest you just don't go at all.
