Every time I have to stop at this Arco not by choice, This place the is a pig pen. Besides never cleaning anything inside or out the pump card readers haven't worked for years and I mean years! As much money as this industry makes and the person or persons who own or lease this place makes you would think they would care about their customer just a little. Arco gas station offer hand sanitizer by the gas pumps, I'll give it 3 stars. The ground outside is filthy with stains of fluids and trash. Could the employees or owners hose and sweep the ground from time to time throughout the day and cover oil stains? For sanitation purposes, health and hazardous concerns. read more

So you are cruising down the 60 at breakneck speed look down and think WTH!!! I am outta gas... CRAP NOW WHAT! Well you can get your happy bootie off the freeway at Rosemead head north one block and stop at this Arco where you will find some of the cheapest gas around the SGV. This is a great quickie stop with a very large number of pumps allowing for quick and easy filling. There is almost never a line and you can hop in and out of this place with ease. The store inside has a ton of the typical convenience store type items; pre made sandwiches, hot dogs, microwavable burritos, slushies, soda, beer, candy bars, lotto tickets, you know whats up with these places. Having this place on a corner with a signal makes for an easy turnaround to get back to the fwy as well. Then again, it also provides a quick shortcut route up to the 10 or 210 depending on the time of day! I often cruise up Rosemead (CA 19) to do just that. So hop in hear if you are ever in an need of some fuel or a quick snack... Bought the car wash with the kiosk and went in to get my code then they told me that the car wash is broken so I have to come back next time. I asked for a refund and they told me they do not do refunds. The cashier told me to call the manager. Why does he not call the manager instead? Had a similar situation before. I filled in my gas and purchased a car wash, however after I drove my car to the car wash station, then I knew the car wash was out of service, so I went into the store asking for my car wash refund back, I was rejected because the lady told me that my manager was not here, also because I bought at the gas bump not in store I was shocked since the gas pump is part of their whole business. Today I went to the store again asking for refund. Again I was rejected, no refund because the manager was there again. At the mean time, there was a lady came in asking for refund for her car wash. Same issue. This is totally a BS. I do not recommend this business to anyone. The service is horrible. The cashier did not even looking at you. Do not know what to say. The worst car wash place I've ever been! Their machine's broken and they knew it, but when I purchased the car wash, the lady didn't say anything about it, just showed me the price. The so-call car wash basically just poured soap and water onto my car, and it couldn't dry my car! When I went back in the store, asked them why their car wash cannot do drying at all, they told me to go back and they sent somebody there to control the machine manually. One of my favorite Arco's to come to as it always looks clean and the workers there are tolerable. The prices have always been very reasonable at Arco. So it comes down to comfortability and cleanliness at a gas station and this one definitely has those aspects. When in the area I prefer this Arco over other gas stations and Arco's. read more

This is a newer Arco location at the corner of Rosemead Blvd. and Rush St. The location doesn't appear to get too busy even at peak times. Most importantly, the prices seem to be the lowest in the surrounding area. read more

Customer service here is terrible. I get it, it's a convenience store/gas station and it was a hot day, but employees still have a job and at the least, customers should be receiving decent customer service. Car wash machine breaks down in the middle of my wash and employees were too lazy to look into it because it was too hot. Manager even went out of the way to say it was my fault. Paid for a car wash and instead got dry water marks all over my car. Employee and manager both provided poor customer service and need a course in customer service 101. I'm so livid that I wish I could give this post a 1 star rating because the service doesn't even deserve a star. read more
